About Kalpataru Institute of Technology
Kalpataru Institute of Technology accepts KCET and COMEDK for BE admission. KCET counselling 2024 is expected to start in June 2024. COMEDK counselling 2024 has started and will end on June 07, 2024. Karnataka PGCET application is ongoing and will end on June 18, 2024. PGCET 2024 exam is from July 13 to 14, 2024.
Kalpataru Institute of Technology Tiptur was established in the year 1986 under the aegis of Kalpataru Vidya Samsthe with a view to provide quality technical education. It is a private institute which is situated in Tiptur, Karnataka. The college is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi. It has been recognised by UGC and has also been approved by AICTE, New Delhi. The institute has also been accredited by the NBA (National Board of Accreditation). The college boasts a fantastic staff of knowledgeable, devoted, and experienced professors. The 35-year-old institution has all the necessary facilities available to the students so that they get a conducive environment for education.
The KIT Tiptur courses are offered to interested candidates at the undergraduate as well as postgraduate levels. There are a total of 3 courses offered to the candidates in the stream of engineering, technology and management. These courses are offered in the offline regular mode to the candidates. The Kalpataru Institute of Technology Tiptur admission to all the courses is offered on the basis of the candidate's performance in the respective entrance exam as well as the last qualifying exam. COMEDK UGET/KCET (for B.Tech courses), GATE/Karnataka PGCET (for ME/M.Tech courses) and KMAT/Karnataka PGCET (for MBA courses) are some of the entrance exams that are accepted by the institute for admission. The KIT Tiptur campus is spread over an area of approximately 11 acres. Students can take advantage of a gymnasium, boys' and girls' hostels, laboratories, a sports complex, transportation services, banking facilities, a full-fledged library, a canteen, and other amenities at the Kalpataru Institute of Technology campus. For tasks related to placement, the college also has a distinct placement cell. To give students the chance to start their professions before even completing their education, the KIT Tiptur placement cell and the participating recruiters hold placement drives every year. Various activities are held by the institute such as webinars, seminars, pre-placement interviews, training sessions, and others.
