Students visit various monumental buildings and industries across India such as marble industries, tile industries, Thermax industry, Ashok Leyland, Tata Motors etc. University prepares its students for placements through special inputs in the form of placement classes. Dear Student,

You cannot pursue a fashion design course from NIFT, Delhi unless you have completed at least class 12th! You can go for online design courses to strengthen your aptitude and skills. It would help you develop a basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and CAD.

You can also complete your high school and then go for a diploma or certificate course in Fashion Design! Colleges such as Parul University, Gujarat, Vogue Institute of Art and Design (VIAD), Bangalore, LISAA School of Design (LISAA), Bangalore and ARCH College of Design & Business, Jaipur offer some top-notch short-term fashion design courses.

Dear Student,

No such discount on fee is available for the disabled candidate in NIFT, Delhi, however, you can avail the SARTHAK scholarship offered by the institute. If your parental income is up to Rs. 1.5 Lakhs per annum, you get a 100% fee waiver. If it lies between Rs. 1.5 Lakhs to Rs. 2.5 Lakhs, students will be awarded 75% fee waiver. Also, if the income of the parent is between 2.5 Lakhs to Rs. 4.0 Lakhs, 50% fee concession is offered.
