NIMS University, Jaipur Admission 2025 - Dates, Form, Online Process, Fees

NIMS University admission for 2024-25 is ongoing for all the courses. The admission is conducted on the basis of the entrance exam scores and academic performance. NIMS organises an in-house entrance test called the NIMSEE. Besides that, JEE Main, NEET, NEET SS etc., scores are accepted for NIMS university admission to different courses. For instance, JEE Main score/ NIMSEE is considered for enrolment to B.Tech, while for courses like BCA, B.Pharm, and MBA, candidates have to provide NIMSEE/ CAT scores (where relevant).

There are 17 institutions under NIMS University. Through these institutes, the university offers 64 courses at the UG, PG, and PhD levels in fields such as Medicine, Engineering & Technology, Architecture, Management & Commerce, Humanities, Hotel Management, Law, Mass & Media, etc.

After candidates apply online via the NIMS University application form, submit the requisite documents, and upload NIMSEE or other entrance scores (where applicable), the concerned departments will review their forms, and they will receive an admission offer. Those selected for admission will receive the admission letter. They have to confirm their seat by paying the required tuition fee. NIMS University offers scholarships based on merit, background such as sports, employee ward, for candidates with disability etc.

• For B.Tech, admission is based on JEE Main scores. 
• For MBBS, admission is granted on NEET scores. 
• NIMS University also conducts its own entrance examination, NIMSEE for courses like BA, BCA, B.Com. BDes, BBA, B.Pharm etc.
• Aspirants have to qualify the required entrance examination to secure a seat in their desired course. 

Academic Criteria

Candidates have to meet the basic eligibility criteria for the offered courses, which is the marks secured in the last qualifying examination (10 + 2 or equivalent as and when applicable)

Admission Letter and Seat Confirmation

Applicants who receive the admission letter from the concerned department of NIMS University, Jaipur, will have to pay the required fees within the provided deadline, or else the admission offer will be withdrawn.

Selection based on entrance exam

• For M.Tech, NIMS University admission will be granted depending on the GATE/ NIMSEE scores.
• For MBA, CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ GMAT scores will be considered.
• Candidates may also need to qualify the entrance test conducted by NIMS University itself, depending on the requirements of the university.

Academic Qualifications: Aspirants have to pass the last qualifying examination (graduation or equivalent) with the minimum percentage of marks specified by the university.

Admission Offer and Enrollment Letter: Aspirants who fulfil all eligibility particulars will be issued the admission letter. They have to log in to the admission microsite to obtain their admission letter.

Seat Confirmation: Those who are offered admission have to pay the admission fee before the last date for seat confirmation.

The NIMS University application process 2024 is being held online. Candidates can follow the steps below and proceed accordingly -

• Applicants must visit the official website of IMS Ghaziabad and click on the “Apply Today” link.
• After providing the details asked, applicants must complete the registration process.
• In the next step, the applicants can log in to the portal with the help of the login details.
• Subsequently, they have to fill in the online application form details and upload the documents in the format mentioned.
• To complete the NIMS University application form, candidates have to pay the application fees of Rs 800/- via debit card/ credit card/ Demand Draft (for downloaded form).
