Nirmalagiri College library is the second largest one in Kannur University. It is adjacent to the college main building and is the brainchild of the former Principle Fr.John George Vadakkummoolayil. This august building is in commemoration of the silver jubilee of our college. The foundation stone was laid by Her.Excellency Ram Dulari Sinha, the then Governor of Kerala and was blessed by His Excellency Mar Sebastian Vallopilly, the Patron of the College on 20/07/1988. The newly constructed building was inaugurated by Sri. Mullappally Ramachandran, the former Union Minister for Agriculture and Co-operation and blessed by His Grace Mar.George Valiamattam, the former Patron of the College on 20/1/1992
The library building is indeed a treasure house of knowledge for the students as well as teachers who are seriously involved in academic pursuits. Nirmalagiri College library is with a distinction of its own having the collection of rare books currently totaling 51000; 65 journals & six newspapers in Malayalam, English and Hindi. It has a CD collection dealing with a variety of subjects. Photo copying facility also is available in the library. Apart from this the library is automated for easy access and retrieval of books. The library provides separate reading rooms and reference sections for the students and staff.
Hostel accommodation, though limited, is provided for both boys and girls.

Membership in the NCC is open to both boys and girls and the units are affiliated to 31 Kerala Battalion, Kannur and 9 Kerala Girls Battalion, Kozhikode. Nirmalagiri provides the facility for the students to join NCC (National Cadet Corps) to enable themselves, building good discipline,citizenship, good character, sound body, sound mind, courage and service motto which are very essential for a nice personality.

The National Service Scheme (NSS) aims at educating the student community by arousing in them the social consciousness through community service. They get ample opportunities to come in touch with the community around, to channel out their energies through constructive social action, to become aware of the social problems and needs and thus develop a sense of social responsibility and democratic leadership. Membership in the NSS is voluntary. Every member has to attend 120 hrs. of activities besides a compulsory special camping programme for 10 days

Infrastructure: Departments and buildings are very well designed and maintained. Proper canteen and sanitation facilities along with hostel rooms which are big and spacious.
Hostel: Separate hostel facilities for both males and females are provided. Canteen food is hygienic ,and proper sanitation is provided. Security and healthcare is assured.
Infrastructure: The college campus is so much spacious including a canteen, cafeteria and a church, gym, a basket ball court and spacious ground.The environment is so peaceful.The college provides a gallery where students can express their talents on certain days. Hostel: Hostel provides lot of memories with our dear ones. It provides mess where food is made and served. It also has warden inorder to maintain discipline. The students are divided into some sections and are controlled by mothers(sister). Hostel Life is one the mostly loved memories. It also conducts programmes like fresher's day, farewell and many other programmes
