Departmental Establishments: Every Department has its own computer-equipped teacher's lounge as well as a shared departmental library for students and teachers. For practical classes, science departments have large, well-equipped laboratories. Both the Department of Botany and the Department of Zoology have extensive museums and orchid houses, respectively. There is a psychological lab within the Department of Education.
Academic Building: Modern ICT facilities are being built on campus as part of a new academic building that was funded by the Department of Planning and Development, G.O.I., to supplement the college's current infrastructure.
Central Library: Darrang College library building, which has a 5033.40 square foot floor area, is located in the western part of the college campus. The structure consists of a conference room, an E-library section, a back volume section, a rare books section, and three reference book sections, each floor of which is dedicated to one of the three streams—Arts, Science, and Commerce. The library has 160 student seats and a separate reading room for teachers, and it is fully computerised with bar code technology. The students also have access to the xerox machine and the Internet.

Auditorium: The Darrang College auditorium can accommodate 1000 people, and was built during the Diamond Jubilee year of 2005–2006. During the yearly college week, it is used to host a variety of competitions, as well as other cultural events and seminars and meetings.
Hostel: Both male and female hostels are available in the college campus. There are 50 seats available at the Boys hostel. A library, reading room, indoor and outdoor games, a television, and other amenities are available to boarders. The hostel for girls has 106 beds. To ensure an uninterrupted power supply during the late-night study hours, a robust generator has been installed. Hostel admission is solely based on merit. Government regulations govern reservations. After admission, forms for hostel admission will be given. Forms must be properly filled out and submitted to the accountant's office as soon as you are admitted.
Canteen: For the benefit of both students and teachers, the college has two canteens on its campus. Typically, the canteens are open from 9 am to 5:15 pm.
Common Rooms: The college has designated separate common areas for male and female students as well as teachers. They are roomy and come with magazines and newspapers.There is a separate girls' common room for the Commerce Department.
Drinking Water Facilities: The campus has a sufficient number of water coolers that dispense clean drinking water.
Sports Facilities: There is a playground at Darrang College that is big enough for various track and field events as well as outdoor sports like football and cricket. The college's medium-sized gymnasium offers the students the much-needed physical activity and stress-relieving they need. The college also offers indoor badminton courts and multi-gym facilities to teachers and students.
Parking: There has recently been built a shed where college employees' cars can park. The college's staff and students have access to up to five bicycles and bike sheds.
Power Supply: For continuous power supply, the College has installed a new 100KVA silent Generator funded by UGC (NERO). This is in addition to the two 2000-watt generators for the girls hostel and the department of commerce, as well as the main building's existing 20-kilowatt generator.
Students Union Office: The Darrang College Students' Union has a permanent location close to the campus playground where students meet frequently.
Alumni Association Office: The Boys Hostel is close to the Darrang College Alumni Association office. The association represents the college as a suggestive body in various academic and administrative matters. It has more than 100 genuine members and 30 life members.
Computer Centre: Currently, 30 computer sets are housed in the computer centre on the first floor of the Bhagawat Prasad Memorial building at Darrang College Assam.
IGNOU Study Centre: 2007 saw the establishment of a study centre for the Indira Gandhi National Open University at Darrang College. The Computer Centre is right next door. There are currently 31 different programmes available. The Centre offers a variety of PG, Diploma, and Certificate Courses.
IGNOU's Convergence Centre: As a partner institution, Darrang College is able to take courses from Indira Gandhi National Open University. These courses can be taken concurrently with regular high school and T.D.C. courses by students.
IDOL Centre: Postgraduate & Diploma Correspondence courses are available at the Institute of Distance & Open Learning in a variety of subjects. To support the students' learning, college faculty members and guest lecturers regularly conduct counselling programmes.
Career Counselling and Placement Cell: Since 2004, the Career Counselling Cell has offered students career counselling. Additionally, the cell arranges motivational programmes and camps for character development. Through their efforts, a campus interview for the prestigious software firm WIPRO was held in the college.
EDUSAT: In 2006, the Edusat network facility was established. The Receipt Only Terminal (R.O.T.) facility has been authorised by the Consortium for Educational Communication (C.E.C. ), New Delhi.
Women's Studies Cell: The college has a vibrant women's studies programme that actively researches various issues pertaining to women and offers regular psychological counselling to the students. It collaborates with the Tezpur-based Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi Mental Health Hospital.

The Centre For Conservation Studies: The WWF, India and Darrang College collaborated to create this centre. The centre, is on the second floor of the college's Bhagat Prasad Memorial Building, was created in 2007 in honour of the late Pankaj Sarma, a former student.
Vocational Study Centre: On April 1, 2010, the Darrang College Vocational Center was officially opened by Sjt. Joseph Toppo, an honorary member of parliament for India's Tezpur HP Constituency. The centre offers a variety of inexpensive short-term vocational courses. Courses include Para Medical Course (in collaboration with LGB Mental Health), Lab Attendants, Mobile Repairing (in collaboration with ITI), Tea Husbandry, and Diploma in Electronic Equipment Maintenance (Collaboration with Toklai, Jorhat).
ECIL Courses Centre: Under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India, Darrang College is hosting Advanced Diploma in Software Technology and Diploma in PC Hardware and Networking courses from Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) for students from the minority community.
