NLU Jodhpur admission 2024 to its UG and PG law courses through CLAT 2024 counselling is currently ongoing. The Consortium of National Law Universities releases the UG and PG admission merit lists in a round-wise format for final admission. The university accepts CLAT scores for admission to its UG and PG law programmes, such as BBA LLB, BA LLB, and LLM. For admission to the UG programmes, candidates must have a valid CLAT UG rank and attend the centralised counselling process. CLAT PG is the entrance exam for admission to the LLM programme at NLU Jodhpur. There is also a counselling process conducted by the Consortium of NLUs for LLM admissions.
Apart from the abovementioned courses, the university also offers an MBA Insurance programme at the PG level. The university accepts CAT, MAT, and CMAT exams for NLU Jodhpur MBA admissions. There is an exam-specific qualifying cut off marks that candidates must secure to be qualified for the final selection process. Once the seat allotment list is released by the Consortium of NLUs, students will have three options to choose from. Candidates who wish to get admission to NLU Jodhpur can choose between freeze, float, or exit. Students can find out more about these options below.
Freeze - A candidate should choose the freeze option when they have been allotted NLU Jodhpur in one of the seat allotment rounds. After selecting the freeze option, students will be required to pay the CLAT confirmation fee. Then they will be called for document verification and the final admission process at the NLU Jodhpur campus.
Float - The float option is for those candidates who received seat allotment in some other NLU. If you are not happy with the seat you have been allocated and wish to get NLU Jodhpur then you should choose the float option. Then you automatically become eligible for the next seat allotment round. After you select float, the seat that had been allotted to you will become vacant.
Exit - This option is used by students if they did not receive NLU Jodhpur during seat allotment and believe that their marks are not enough or there are no vacant seats at NLU Jodhpur. By choosing the exit option you will be removed from the counselling process of the current year.
