VIT Pune Placements 2024 - Average & Highest Package, Percentage

VIT Pune placements 2024 are ongoing. As per the data released a total of 83 companies visited.  Students received opportunities from companies like Accenture, John Deere, Texas Instruments, Morgan Stanley, Mu Sigma, nVidia, Deloitte, etc. VIT Pune highest package recorded was Rs 51 LPA by the Computer Engineering department. This was followed by Rs 20 LPA, which was obtained by the Artificial Intelligence & Data Science and Information Technology department.

VIT Pune average package offered was Rs 9.72 LPA. The total number of students placed from 10 B.Tech departments in VIT Pune placements 2024 was 375, out of which 124 students were from the Computer Engineering department at VIT Pune.

According to the data provided by the institute, the VIT Pune placements 2024 are ongoing, with 83 companies having visited till now. In 2023, a total of 244 companies visited and 813 students were placed. Vishwakarma Institute of Technology highest package recorded was Rs 41 LPA in 2023 and Rs 51 LPA in 2024. Both are secured by the Computer Engineering department.

According to the VIT Pune placements 2024 data, the highest package recorded (overall) was Rs 51 LPA. It was obtained by the Computer Engineering department. Rs 20 LPA was received by AI & DS, E&TC and IT departments, followed by Rs 11.5 LPA which was the highest package obtained by the Mechanical Engineering department. 

In 2022, VIT Pune highest package (overall) was Rs 41 LPA received by Computer Engineering. IT and E&TC recorded the highest package of Rs 20 LPA, followed by Rs 14 LPA by Mechanical Engineering.

VIT Pune average package (overall) was Rs 9.72 LPA in the campus placement of 2024. The branch-wise average package recorded was Rs 12.18 LPA by Computer Engineering, Rs 12.83 LPA by AI & DS, Rs 12.52 LPA by IT, Rs 9.61 LPA by E&TC, Rs 7.08 LPA by Mechanical Engineering, Rs 6.03 LPA by Instrumentation & Control, and Rs 5.42 LPA by Chemical Engineering.

In 2022, the average package recorded during the VIT Pune placements was Rs 7.97 LPA. Branch-wise the average package recorded was Rs 11.18 LPA by Computer Engineering, Rs 10.07 LPA by IT, Rs 8.02 LPA by E&TC, Rs 6.17 LPA by Mechanical Engineering, Rs 5.98 LPA by Instrumentation & Control, and Rs 6.27 LPA by Chemical Engineering.
