To be eligible for the LL.M. (Master of Law) degree at Pondicherry University Puducherry, candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Law (3 years/5 years) from a recognized university. The minimum qualifying marks required is 50% for General/OBC candidates, while it is 45% for SC/ST candidates. Additionally, candidates appearing in the final year of their Bachelor's degree can also apply, provided they submit their provisional degree certificate at the time of admission. Admissions are based on a merit list prepared from the scores obtained in the entrance examination conducted by the university, followed by a counseling process.
