Terms and Conditions for Shoolini University Scholarships 2025
1. Only those students who have taken admission in 2025 are eligible to avail of scholarship benefits.
2. Students should be informed that a minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory in the preceding semester for the scholarship to continue in subsequent years/ semesters
3. All the Shoolini University scholarships will be adjusted only against the tuition fee of the student.
4. Original documents, depending upon the type of scholarship applied for, will be required to avail of the scholarship, while soft copies MUST be uploaded in the application form.
5. No scholarship will be awarded to the students later if the scholarship is not availed by the students at the time of their admission.
6. Any scholarship may be discontinued by the University without intimation.
7. Shoolini University Scholarships are not available for Pharma, Journalism, Agriculture, and Law Programs. Though certain exceptional cases can be reviewed on special request.

Important Notes:
- PhD candidates must pay the fee as per rules specified by the University from time to time.
- PhD candidates can avail themselves of only one of the above two benefits/scholarships during the first three years of the PhD program.
- Specifically, for point no. 3, one research paper will only be counted once and for one student. The student will need to provide a verification note from their PhD supervisor.
- In papers with more than one author, the award money will be split equally between all the student authors.
- As per rule, PhD students will not pay the fee for the 7th and 8th semesters, but thereafter fee will be charged for the balance of the semesters.
- The above circular is applicable for the year 2025 and the academic council reserves the right to modify this without any notice.
