For BE Programs, seats are allocated as per their score in JEE-MAINS 2023.
- Eligibility criteria for admission at Chitkara University to any one of the programs in engineering are a minimum of 60% aggregate or 60% in physics, Chemistry, and Math in 12th standard.
- Age criteria would be checked, while the date of birth as per high school or higher secondary school would be considered.
- Candidates are supposed to share their eligibility and proof of 10+2 examination passing. While counseling sessions can be checked at www.chitkara.edu.in
Below are the documents that are required during the Chitkara University Admission 2023 process:
- Mark sheet of Class X and Class XII.
- Rank Card of JEE-MAINS 2023
- Migration certificate of the last exam attended.
- One photocopy of Adhar card.
- Character certificate of the last institute that candidate was in.
- Medical Fitness Certificate from any recognized Medical center.
- For reservation categories, it's necessary to share their reservation documents.
- An Affidavit attested by Executive Magistrate/ Notary Public is required if the candidate has a gap of 1 or 1-year plus. Also, the candidate should not have any criminal records during this.
- Two photographs of a candidate are to be submitted. It's not required that the photograph be attested.
- Photocopy of the application form to be submitted.
- Bonafide Certificate (if applicable )
- Sports Certificate (if applicable)
- Defense proof of the authority(if applicable).
Also, Students should note that Incomplete admission forms will not be considered, and admission is subjected to verification of facts. If more than one candidate has the same no of marks, then the marks of the next lower exams are to be considered. The application form is supposed to be submitted along with relevant documents.

Chitkara University Library : The Tagore Library is well-stocked with contemporary tools and materials (both printed and digital), including CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, online databases, video cassettes, patents, standards, theses, reports, e-books, e-journals, and more. Using the acclaimed programme DSpace, the Tagore Library's Digital Library division has created an institutional digital archive that safeguards the institute's creative output for future generations. The library has more than 40,485 books, 85 periodical subscriptions, 37,985 e-books, and 42,875 e-journals. The library contains 395 seats and has central air conditioning and WiFi. A number of databases, including IEEE, Knowledge-Hub, EBSCO, Proquest, and DELNET, are available through the library's subscriptions.

Chitkara University MBA admissions for the year 2023 will be made, considering the MAT / CAT / NMAT / XAT / CMAT scores.
