Overall: As far as medical colleges go, this one is pretty good with good facilities and good infrastructure. The fees is quite high but it is as expected from a deemed university.
Placement: At the end of third phase part two of MBBS, the college offers mandatory internship for one year under which the newly graduated doctor can prescribe and practice medical under SUM Hospital. The internship is paid too.
Infrastructure: This college has pretty much everything you need for proper pursuing of MBBS degree. All the equipments and accessories needed are provided. The lecture theatres are also well equipped for proper teaching and learning. But what it lacks in is sports infrastructure. There is absolutely no infrastructure for sports.
Faculty: The faculty here is very experienced and put efforts for the gain of the students. They try to make you understand the topic and are always ready to clear any doubts one may have.
Hostel: The newly built hostel buildings are excellent and are quite cosy. There is ample room for the students for staying and studying. There is also a mess which provides meals four times a day. The quality of the food is not quite good though, but it is as expected from anry hostel.
