SNIST placement includes campus recruitment training for students who have completed a pre-final year of their degree. It also conducts assessment examinations by firms such as AMCAT, CoCUBES, and others for improved prospects. The Institute also offers special programmes, workshops, and seminars on the newest technological trends.

Every year, several well-known companies come to SNIST. Almost every qualifying student is offered the top package, at INR 14.5 lakhs per year. The Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology placement unit has a high reputation, and the majority of its students are placed in top-tier companies.
