SXC Mumbai admission process is completely online. The college conducts the  Xavier’s Entrance Test (XET) for admission to a few courses like BMM, MA, MPP, etc. For other UG and PG courses, SXC Mumbai offers admission through a merit list prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying exam. St. Xavier’s College Mumbai also offers various scholarships for students. For example, SC/SBC/OBC/VJ /NT category students can claim a fee concession during the admission process. St. Xavier’s College Mumbai offers admission to popular UG courses like BSc, BA, BMM, etc. Popular PG courses are MSc, MA, and MPP. Eligibility for International Student for UG Admission

Foreign nationals, PIO card holders, OCI (dual citizens) and NRI students can apply for SXC Mumbai admission under the category of international students. Such candidates can apply through the Office of the International Studies and Programme. International students will get admission based on their merit in class 12 or equivalent exams. All documents submitted by students will be physically verified by the college before admission. After getting admission candidates need to produce an acknowledgement sheet attested by the principal of the last school attended. If the qualifying exam medium was not in English then candidates need to provide an English Proficiency Certificate. The college also accepts international students through its exchange programmes. St. Xavier’s College Mumbai has two types of international student exchange programmes. The first is short and the second is a long exchange programme. Under the Council For International Programmes (CIP) policy the college has signed MoUs with international universities to offer exchange programmes.

Step 1: Candidates need to qualify for the class 12 exam from a recognised board with 60% marks.

Step 2: Then fill out St. Xavier’s College Mumbai application form.

Step 3: Selection will be done on the basis of a merit list drawn up using the marks obtained in class 12 exam by applicants.

Step 1: Candidates first need to qualify for entrance exams like CSIR/UGC JRF/NET/Maharashtra SET/University of Mumbai PET to become eligible for application.

Step 2: Eligible candidates need to apply for PhD admission. The college will then release the selected candidates list based on the candidate's performance in the entrance exam.

Step 3: Final selection will be made after a personal interview round by the respective departments.
