St. Xaviers College Placements 2024 - Average & Highest Package, Percentage

According to the report, the total number of students placed in 2024 was 60. Some of the top recruiters of this college are Deloitte, Genpact, KPMG, EY, and Accenture. SXC Mumbai has not released the data for the highest package for 2023 yet, but the highest package in 2024 was Rs 12,00,000 per annum, while the average package stood at Rs 8,00,000 per annum. The lowest package offered was Rs 6,00,000 per annum, and a total of 70 offers were made.

• For three-year UG courses, the median package went up by Rs 1,14,000 per annum.
• The median package in 2023 was 23.74% more than the median package in 2022 for two-year PG courses. 
• The number of students placed decreased by approximately 50% in 2023 compared to 2022 for three-year UG courses.
• As for the number of students placed for two-year PG courses, it was recorded at 18 students in 2022 and it went up by 161.11% in 2023!
• Total number of students opting for higher education remained almost the same for 2022 and 2023 for three-year UG courses.

According to the SXC Mumbai placement statistics, 28% of three-year UG course students were placed in 2023. For two-year PG courses, the placement percentage stood at 32.41%. SXC Mumbai placements are conducted every year by the placement cell. Students who have a good academic record and are in their final year can attend the campus placements. Before the campus placement is conducted, the placement cell of St. Xavier’s College Mumbai conducts various training sessions to improve the soft skills of the students. 

St. Xavier’s College Mumbai median package 2023 for three-year UG courses stood at Rs 6,89,000 per annum. As for two-year PG courses, SXC Mumbai median package stood at Rs 6,23,000 per annum. For three-year UG courses, the total number of students who graduated was 778 and 112 students were placed while 378 students opted for higher studies. Similarly, for two-year PG courses, 226 students graduated. Out of 226 students, 47 students got placed in 2023 and 81 opted for higher studies. 

SXC Mumbai median package 2022 was Rs 5,75,000 per annum for three-year UG courses and Rs 4,75,000 per annum for two-year PG courses. In 2022 a total of 1054 and 250 students graduated from three-year UG courses and two-year PG courses, respectively. The total number of students placed for two-year PG courses was 18 and for three-year UG courses was 219. Moreover, 343 students from three-year UG courses and 82 students from two-year PG courses at St. Xavier’s College Mumbai chose to go for higher education.
