The campus of SVNIT Surat comprises 250 acres of land and has all the modern educational and recreational facilities for students. The SVNIT Surat campus is situated amidst lush green surroundings.
Hostel facilities in SVNIT Surat are available for men and women studying in the institute. SVNIT Surat hostels have a centralised computer lab, TV, study rooms, saloons, and indoor games. There are a total of 9 hostel wards in SVNIT Surat which are, Mother Teresa Bhavan, Swami Vivekananda Bhavan, Rabindranath Tagore Bhavan, Sarabhai Bhavan, Nehru Bhavan, Bhaba Bhavan, Gajjar Bhavan, Narmad Bhavan and Raman Bhavan.
There is a centralised computer centre at SVNIT Surat which was set up by the initiative taken by MHRD, and it is connected with 1GBpS internet connectivity and is open for academics and research purpose for students as well as the faculties.
The central library at SVNIT Surat was established in 1968 and it now has a number of books, journals, e-books and e-journals. The central library of SVNIT Surat is digitised and has the facility to connect with the library resources via the web. Students, faculties and researches have all the access to the library.
The campus of SVNIT Surat has 2 basketball courts with floodlights, also there are multiple fields for Cricket, Football, Handball, Kabaddi, Kho-kho, Volleyball, Lawn Tennis and 400 mt Athletic Track. Most of the sports fields in SVNIT Surat are equipped with world-class infrastructure and floodlights.
Apart from that, there is a canteen near the central library that serves North Indian, Gujarati, South Indian and Chinese dishes. The canteen operates between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. It is a popular place to hang out for the students. The Institute also has a fully operating State Bank of India (SBI) branch in SVNIT campus so that students can pay their fees and conduct all personal banking related works inside the campus. The campus also has a post office.
SVNIT Surat healthcare facilities are available for students in an emergency. The medical facilities provide students with medications and proper healthcare and are operative 24x7. SVNIT Surat guesthouse is equipped with telephones and television sets and offers accommodation for guests and visitors.
Hostel: Water facility is available 24*7, and there is power backup, but generally there is no problem of power loss. You have to live in a socially desirable way inside the hostel.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not so good. New buildings for departments are being made. Construction and renovation of hostels are going on since its campus is very old. However it has very big library and playground. Well maintained garden is also there. Canteen is there.
Hostel: Seperate hostels are provided for diiferent year for boys. For girls there is 1 hostel for every year. Hostels are provided with lan and wifi services. 24 hrs light and water supply is there. Fire safety measures are also installed. Lifts are provided.
Infrastructure: infrastructure or this institute is simple and average, classrooms very clean ,libraries are there and also separate area for playing sports and games were there
Hostel: if I talk about hostel facility of this institute I can say that food served here is of good quality, washroom were cleaned every day and Yes best part is it is restricted for outsiders to enter into the Hostel area.
Infrastructure: A college's infrastructure can include advanced laboratories, classrooms, libraries, lecture halls, and residence halls. A UK study suggests that good infrastructure can impact student learning through naturalness, individualization, and stimulation
Hostel: As I began my hostel life, I took a few weeks to set myself emotionally and adjust to the new environment just as every new student at the hostel does. However, I soon got accustomed to the new place and made quite a few friends.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure as I told not very well actually no auditorium recently held convocation was also organised in nearby college which is very bad for any college so this is an issue
Hostel: 1 st year get gajjar bhavan ,2 year get bhabha and 3 year get Swami and 4th get nehru , I think Swami was the best among them to be lived in so please choose if any option are available in future
Infrastructure: All the campus area and the infrastructure, convection halls,hostels, laboratories ,seminar hall , medical rooms Atm facility are also available inside the campus and are very well equipped with latest technology
Hostel: The hostel is what you needed when you want to study outside your home state therefore the hostel of svnit is very well maintained and clean both the boys and girls have separate building even for the 1st, 2nd,3rd and 4th years students they all have their separate building with their warden
Infrastructure: The greenary of the campus looks like sun and shines in the evening time it should has many facilities and also has the good memories.To see iside the campus
Hostel: There are nine hostels in the SVNIT campus which is located in the gujarat.the food inside the hostel is very good .we can manage to eat the food and drink the water.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is one of the best but at that time the mechanical engineering department was under construction as old one is not good enough.
Infrastructure: it is very good and it's instructions and construction was soo happy to see the vary kinds of people working in the college it's so happy to have to join in this college.
Hostel: our hostel is good but so facilities are not good because when didn't get non veg in our hostel and drinking smoking is not possible so it's good to join in our campus
Infrastructure: Due to lockdown the management of infrastructure was not that nice but in past 2 years it has improved a lot. Have a greenary campus. With 250 acre size of campus.
