Overall: The university has a great campus overall surrounded by mountains and greenery. It gives the place a pleasant vibe. The campus atmosphere is energetic and there is some activity or the other going on but it still is very calm and great for studies. UPES also has very nice facilities available. The campus buildings are all very modern and classrooms are equipped with projectors. The faculty members are from prestigious institutes and have practical experience too. They are very knowledgeable and willing to help students at every step. The library is also very nice with good collection of course books. You can find all reputed and recommended books in the library here. The hostel facilities are good and many private hostels can also be found near campus, which are OK. The placements are Okayish. Most of our class got internships and placements but core companies are not that many. The placements can definitely be better but otherwise I would totally recommend this place to any nature-loving person!
