VGU organized the Victor’s School Cup, the first ever school cup in India, where 50+ schools participated. The overall campus was garlanded with wreaths of lights & flowers to make the campus a perfect welcome ground for the guests and the participants who were beaming with enthusiasm and gave their 100% to wing the different events. Both teachers and students praised the efforts made by VGU in organizing the event. Shree Onkar Bagarial, the Chief Administrative and Finance Officer of VGU, stated that the university is always devising various means to let students exhibit their talents. Highlighting the Victor’s School Cup as an exclusive event, he even stated the VGU faculty is satisfied with the successful conduct of such a great event. The teachers stated that this event is a great way of boosting the morale and confidence of students.
The main highlight of the event was the Celebrity Night wherein many Bollywood stars & musical bands performed. Everyone praised the hospitality offered by VGU. Certificates were offered to all the participants as well as letter of appreciation & goodies hamper were given to the Team Managers, Captains, and Category Wise Heads. The participating schools were given mementos as well as selected entry passes for the grand closing ceremony.
EnCode Season 5.0, a week-long event was finally concluded on the Vivekananda Global University campus. Princess Diya Kumari, an esteemed member of Lok Sabha from Rajsamand, was the chief at this ceremony. She appreciated the efforts made by VGU in making all the arrangements. She stated that the entire event had achieved its objective of ensuring that students are developing creative skills & giving out excellent & innovative ideas. She stated that even our Prime Minister gave importance to the development of creative skills. Ms. Diya communicated with the VGU students & faculty. She even invited the students of the design department to visit the City Palace Museum, schools, and hostels so that new ideas & innovative concepts can come up to the students. 250+ bird feeders were installed at 150 different locations, including Patrika Gate, Bird Point near Saras Parlour, Chaupati (Pratap Nagar), City Park, Landscape Park, Mansarovar Chaupati, Chitrakoot Stadium, Akshay Patra, and others. The students of the design course also undertook space designing at five reputable stores as well as fashion styling at more than seven popular fashion stores in Jaipur. Graphite work was also accepted at over 6-7 schools and cafes, along with establishing Nukkad Natak at popular spots in Jaipur. The street plays drew a large audience who appreciated the efforts shown by the VGU students to showcase innovative and socially significant themes for the plays.
The students of Vivekananda Global University left a great impression in the field of sports. VGU won the bronze medal in the American Football Competition held from February 8 to 12, 2023. The football team of VGU achieved this feat by the last year’s medallist team and becoming the semi-finalist. This football competition saw the participation of 44 teams. Led by team captain Suresh Bhatesar and mentored by coach Ravi Rao, the VGU football team promised to aim for the gold medal next time. Defeating the opponent by a score of 30-6, Dheeraj Kumawat who was the main receiver of the team got awarded the ‘Most Valuable Player award’ in the competition.
Yogesh Kumar, a student at Vivekananda Global University, won a bronze medal in the mixed team during the Khelo India Youth Games. Khelo India was held in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh this year. In this game, the top 16 players from across India compete in a 10-meter air pistol match. The Sports Authority of India (SAI) selects outstanding players for five years from this pool. Yogesh Kumar, a VGU student, won three medals at the All-India GV Mavalankar Shoot in Kerala and set a national record for 10 m air pistol rifle singles in the 65th National Shooting Championship.
Vivekananda Global University organised a two-day workshop on cancer rehabilitation on Jan 31, 2023. 40 occupational therapy students from across India attended the hands-on workshop at VGU. The workshop was conducted by Dr Shailendra Mehta and professors from the department of physiotherapy at Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, Udaipur. Dr Praveen Chaudhary, Registrar of Vivekananda Global
University and Dr Bhupesh Goyal, Head of the Department of Allied Health Care Sciences hosted the workshop. Dr Bhupesh Goyal explained the importance of rehabilitation among physiotherapists and occupational therapists to the students.
Vivekananda Global University participated in the AU Jaipur marathon organised on Sunday, February 5, 2023, by the AU Bank. Vivekananda Global University was the institutional partner of the 14th edition of the Jaipur Marathon. In the marathon, more than 6,000 students of Vivekananda Global University created history by creating a world record for running on the track wearing the pride of Rajasthan and their own brand T-shirts and hence VGU got its name enrolled in The Golden Book of World Records. On this occasion, VGU CEO Onkar Bagadia, Dean of Architecture Shweta Chowdhary along with the entire team kept the enthusiasm of the students high.
VGU President Prof. (Dr.) Vijay Veer Singh welcomed the chief guests and said that VGU has always promoted sports and many students of the university have participated in various sports competitions across the country.
VGU has made every effort and looked at every possible angle to keep its students, faculty, academics, entrepreneurship/athletics/doctors/golfers and many others from various fraternities high in the race. Around 500 students from rural areas participated in the marathon. Special arrangements were made for the participants on the day of the race to make the run easy, fit and comfortable. To make people feel energised while walking or running, VGU Energy Stop was arranged with a special Zumba session and all the music, fun, fitness and energy.
In case of any spasm, injury or any kind of physical problem, the students and teachers of the Physiotherapy team along with the VGU First Aid Lounge were fully prepared and helped the people. Along with this, the paramedical team was available to serve the people there to monitor and check glucose, sugar level, blood pressure or any first aid or emergency. VGU ensures to keep its people healthy, fit and fine and hence VGU Health Station was also arranged in Marathon where Agriculture and Hotel Management Department made arrangements to refresh people and make them feel energetic with fresh fruit and vegetable juices. and thus helped people to keep their energies high throughout the run.
In addition, VGU took the initiative to felicitate 50 eminent personalities/invited guests at the conclusion of the race at WTP.
Vivekananda Global University arranged a reunion of the former students on January 13, 2023 on eve of its 10th anniversary. This occasion was a mixture of various emotions and old memories. One student commented on the change in the college infrastructure. They even met & greeted the current students and enjoy the occasion. The ex-students were greeted by Dr Praveen Chowdhry, the VGU Registrar, who stated that they are always welcomed in the VGU campus.
The old-students were also addressed by Prof (Dr) Vijay Vir Singh, VGU president who welcomed them and also ensure that the institution is always ready to help them whenever required. Finally, the old students were greeted by the VGU CEO, Shri Onkar Bagaria who also appreciated their dedication & hard work. The reunion comprised of various fun-filled events like dance, music, and games. The day came to an end by all alumni members being complimented with gifts & mementos.
Vivekananda Global University held its 6th Convocation wherein several students participated and 832 students were bestowed with their degrees. Among the honourable hosts attending the ceremony was Shri Om Birla, the Lok Sabha speaker as the chief guest. He addressed the student stating that they would be stepping towards a new life post completion of their education at VGU. As for the teachers, he said that it’s a great day for them as well to see their students graduating.
In the ceremony, Padma Bhushan Prof. R.S. Paroda and Prof. Laxman Singh Rathore were honoured with the Doctorate of Science degree for their unparalleled contribution towards Agriculture & Meteorology fields. Around 830 students from various streams were awarded degrees. Also, around 63 meritorious students were awarded with 28 gold medals, 20 silver medals, and 15 bronze medals. Prof (Dr) Vijay Vir Singh, president of the university, announced that VGU would now offer online MBA, BBA, BCA, BA, and MA programmes post the approval from UGC and AICTE.
The placement drive conducted during December 2022 was quite a success with over 200 placement options and around 600 students getting chance to work with industrial giants like TCS, Wipro, Amazon, L&T, E&Y, Tata Technologies, and Daikin. The ceremony was concluded with a speech from Dr K R Bagaria, the vice-chairperson of VGU wherein he expressed gratitude to the honourable guests for their appearance at the ceremony while encouraging the students to be dedicated towards their studies in order to achieve excellence & success.
VGU organised a Mass Anti-COVID-19 drive on April 9, 2021 on the campus. Over 600 hostel students and staff members were tested for COVID on the VGU campus, wherein eligible faculties and staff members were offered special leave to undergo vaccination. The management of the VGU ensured that all building campus is being sanitized daily and special quarantine facilities have been created on campus for particular cases in need.
VGU Jaipur hosted its first online conclave- Re-Engineered to find solutions and to come up with post-COVID-19 strategies. The online conclave was a joint effort of the Vivekananda Institute of Technology and Vivekananda Global University Jaipur. The online conclave took place from May 5 to May 10, 2020.
Many prominent educationalists and professionals from different parts of the country attended the online conclave. Academicians and experts expressed their views on a wide range of themes relating the engineering education and professional prospects as Education 4.0, Building, Community Innovation Culture at Campuses, Growth Potential in Various Sectors Post COVID-19, and, Reinventing the Engineering Education.

CLAT 2025 was conducted on December 1, 2024 and to get into a top-rated National Law University, you have to get a good rank. The list of NLUs for rank between 1-1000 in CLAT 2025 are NLSIU Bengaluru, NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, WBNUJS Kolkata and NLIU Bhopal. With the number of students appearing in CLAT every year, it becomes quite difficult to get a good rank. Those who have dedicatedly studied for 6 months can achieve a rank between 1-1000 in CLAT 2025.

JEE Main Response Sheet Expected Date January 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will not announce JEE Main Response Sheet January 2025 release date, however, based on the previous years and the sessions trends, it is expected to be released within 3 to 4 days after the exam. Last year, JEE Main Session 2 exam last date was April 9, 2024, and the response sheet was released on April 12, 2024. Again, for the session 1, JEE Main Session 1 exam concluded on February 1, 2024, and the response sheet was declared on February 6, 2024. If the same pattern is followed, then the JEE Main Response Sheet January 2025 is expected to be out on or by February 3, 2025, or latest on or by February 4, 2025.
JEE Main Answer Key Expected Date January 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) concludes the JEE Mains 2025 Session 1 exam on January 30, and the official JEE Main Answer Key January 2025 is expected to be released within 4 days. Going through last years' patterns, the response sheet and provisional answer keys will be released together at the official website - jeemain.nta.ac.in. Last year, the January session exam concluded on February 1 and answer keys were released on February 6. For the April session, the exam concluded on April 9, and the official answer keys were out on April 12, 2024. This year, the JEE Main January 2025 exam concludes on January 30, 2025. Therefore, the JEE Main Answer Key January 2025 will likely be released between February 2 and 4, 2025. If there is any delay by the agency, the answer keys can be released by February 5, 2025.
