This year's event edition focused on portraying patriotism in Indian Cinema and how it unites the nation's audience.

The cast of the classic film Karma attended the opening ceremony, followed by a panel discussion with Subhash Ghai, Jackie Shroff, Poonam Dhillon, Naseeruddin Shah, and Anjum Rajabali. Every year on September 10, the world observes ‘World Suicide Prevention Day’. Hundreds of events and campaigns are organised globally by the ‘International Association for Suicide Prevention’, with the support of WHO (World Health Organization) one of such events was organised by Whistling Woods International.
The primary goal of commemorating the day is to raise public awareness and remove the stigma associated with suicides, while also teaching people to recognise the warning signs of a suicidal person, were some of the critical components of the Whistling Woods International awareness campaign. Furthermore, the general awareness campaign is part of how to respond quickly if a suicidal person is spotted.
Whistling Woods International, in collaboration with Mpower, planned a specially curated street play experience to raise awareness about suicide prevention on 'World Suicide Prevention Day.' Whistling Woods International students delivered a powerful performance at Churchgate Station, emphasising the link between mental health and the tragic act of suicide.
The scripted play, written and performed by Whistling Woods International students, highlighted the various aspects of suicide, its prevention, and its subsequent impact on youth. The play's goal was to normalise mental health issues, raise awareness about the value of human life, and provide assistance to those in need.

Whistling Woods International (WWI) organised the COVID-19 vaccination drive in partnership with KokilabenDhirubhai Ambani Hospital. The vaccination drive was organised for all the staff, faculty, and students, and the dependants of the institute and its holding company, Mukta Arts Ltd. The drive was held at the WWI campus.
The vaccination drive was also extended to accommodate the employees of all the external agencies, who extend their service to the institute. The purpose of this vaccination drive is to ensure every member and their dependents of the WWI & Mukta family are vaccinated at the earliest.
Meghna Ghai Puri, President of, WWI informed that all mandatory precautions and guidelines laid by the government were followed during the vaccination drive.
