Academic Documents

• Class 12 Marksheet (Higher Secondary / Pre-University / Intermediate / CBSE / ISC or equivalent board)
• Entrance Rank Certificate (All India General/Common Merit Rank up to 40,000 in MBBS)

The selection process for the GSK Scholars Programme 2025 is based on academic merit and financial need. The steps involved are as follows:

Online Application Submission

The application process requires eligible students to complete digital forms together with document submission.

Eligibility Screening

The review process checks if applicants fulfill the academic standards and financial terms together with the specific eligibility requirements.

Verification by FFE Facilitators

• Shortlisted applicants are linked with one of FFE's volunteer facilitators who work throughout the 27 states.
• You will have to undergo verification interviews through virtual or face-to-face meetings where facilitators confirm financial struggles together with academic records.

Final Application Submission

The verification process is completed, and students send their approved application package along with all required supporting evidence to finish the review stage.

Scholarship Award Decision

The final list of selected students is prepared based on merit and financial background.

Scholarship Disbursement

• The scholarship is provided on a reimbursement basis, meaning students receive funds for expenses they have already incurred in their first semester.
• Payments are processed by FFE on behalf of GSK and disbursed in a single installment before 31st March each year.

Financial Aid: You will get up to INR 1,00,000 annually for four and a half years, which covers necessary educational costs including books, tuition, exam fees, hostel and food fees, and seminars.

Support for Educational Costs: In addition to tuition and room and board, the scholarship money can be used for stationery, online courses, and internet/data pack costs, guaranteeing that students have access to the resources they need for their studies

Merit-Based Selection: To guarantee that only the most deserving applicants receive assistance, the scholarship is given to academically exceptional students who have gained admission based on national entrance exams like JEE, NEET (All India General Merit Rank up to 40,000).
