Jnanabhumi Scholarship portal is an initiative by the Government of Andhra Pradesh to aid in implementing multiple scholarship schemes provided by various government departments. This digital platform was launched in 2017 to disburse the state government's Pre-Matric, Post-Matric, and other scholarship schemes previously offered through the AP ePass portal.
At present, the Jnanabhumi Scholarship portal offers a Post-Matric Scholarship, Pre-Matric Scholarship, YSR Vidyonnathi Scheme, and Ambedkar Overseas Vidyanidhi Scheme.
Eligible students who are residents of Andhra Pradesh and belong to SC, ST, BC, Minorities, Kapu, EBC, or differently-abled communities can benefit from these schemes. The pre-matric Jnanabhumi scholarship is a government initiative in Andhra Pradesh that aims to help students from class V to class X and reduce the drop-out rates in the state.
