• Go to the official MYSY scholarship portal (mysy.guj.nic.in).
• Click on ‘Login/Register’ and select ‘Fresh Application’.
• On the page, click on the ‘if you have not registered please, click for registration’ button to ‘Register’.
• A new window will appear with the ‘First Time Registration’ form. Fill in all the required details and click on the ‘Get Password’ button.
• Once you have completed the registration, you will receive your login details and password on your registered mobile number.

• To be considered for a scholarship in Diploma programs, candidates are required to have achieved a minimum of 80th percentile in their Class 10 examination from a recognized board in Gujarat.
• For Bachelor's degree scholarships, candidates must have obtained a minimum of 80th percentile in their Class 12 Science/General stream examination from a recognized board in Gujarat.
• For diploma-to-degree students, a minimum score of 65% in their diploma-level examination from a recognized university in Gujarat is required to qualify for the program.
• The family income of the students must not exceed INR 6 lakh per annum.
• The income certificate provided by the candidate's parents will remain valid for three financial years from the date of issue, as approved by the State Government. As a result, candidates with a valid income certificate need not obtain a new one for the next three financial years.

The MYSY scholarship scheme offers numerous benefits for students. Below are the details of the scheme's benefits:

• Students who have scored 80% or more in Classes 10 and 12 and have opted for diploma courses will receive financial aid of INR 25,000 per year or 50% of the course fees, whichever is less.
• Students in Gujarat Medical Education Research Society and dental courses can receive financial assistance of INR 10 lakh during their 5 years of academics.
• Students of all categories will receive a 5-year age relaxation for government jobs.
• Students who wish to appear in competitive exams can receive training from various training centres.
• Students who reside in areas where there are no higher education facilities or government hostels will receive financial assistance of INR 1,200 per month for 10 months.
• The government will provide free outfits, reading material, and other necessary items to the students under the MYSY scholarship scheme.
