Prathibha Scholarship Programme 2025 is designed to encourage bright students to pursue higher studies in Science by providing scholarships. In addition to financial support, Prathibha Scholars get the opportunity to participate in Science Orientation Programmes and engage with leading scientists through the Student Programme for Excellence in Experimental Design (SPEED) scheme.
Selection for the Prathibha Scholarship at the undergraduate level is based on the marks obtained in all Science subjects in the Higher Secondary Examination. Applicants must have secured admission to a 3-year undergraduate (U.G.) or a 5-year integrated postgraduate (P.G.) program in Basic or Natural Sciences. The scholarship is available for a maximum of five years, covering both U.G. and P.G. studies, subject to renewal as per the prescribed guidelines.

Step 1: Register online before the stipulated deadline as per the notification issued by KSCSTE.
Step 2: Before starting the online registration, ensure the following:
Step 3: Enter your Name, Date of Birth, Email ID, and HSE Roll Number to begin the online registration process.
Step 4: Enter the OTP received on your mobile number and set a password (minimum 6 characters) to proceed with the registration.
Step 5: Upon successful registration, an Application Number will be generated. This number, along with the chosen password, will be sent to your registered mobile number and should be used for future logins.
Step 1: Applications for the Prathibha Scholarship are accepted only through online submission, and you must apply via the Prathibha Scholarship Web Portal.
Step 2: Based on the submitted applications, the Kerala State Council for Science, Technology, and Environment (KSCSTE) will prepare the Provisional Selection List (PSL).
Step 3: Once the Provisional Rank List (PRL) is published by KSCSTE, students selected in the main PRL must upload the required documents on the Prathibha Scholarship Web Portal for scholarship confirmation and final selection.
Step 4: The Final Rank List will be prepared after document verification.
