Scholarships for Top Class Education for Students with Disabilities: The Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Government of India, has launched the NSP Scholarships for Top Class Education for Students with Disabilities initiative to support high-quality education among disabled students who are pursuing studies at the graduate/post-graduate courses/diploma courses and provide them financial assistance to make sure that no one's future is jeopardized due to their families limited resources.

Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India has come up with the top class education for students with disabilities scholarships that aim to promote excellent education among Students with Disabilities (SwDs) by giving complete financial assistance for Post Graduate Degree or Diploma courses in any field at renowned higher educational establishments (such as IITs, IIMs, NITs, and so on). The plan applies to all institutions designated as institutions of excellence by the relevant Department/Ministry.
Candidates who are eligible for this scholarship will be availing several benefits from reimbursement of tuition fees to hostel allowance. The purpose of the scholarship is to promote quality education among students with disabilities who can’t afford high fees.

Step 1: Visit the Official Website
Visit the NSP portal at scholarships.gov.in in
Step 2: Select New User. Link to Registration
When you visit the official website, go to the home page and click on the New User Registration option. Students with Disabilities should read and understand the registration criteria. After you've selected the radio buttons, click the Continue button.
Step 3: Fill out the New Registration Form
When you click on that link, a new registration form will open. Select Post Matric / MC/ Top Class for Class 11, 12, UG, PG, etc., from the Scholarship Category and Select Scholarship Scheme if you want to apply for Scholarships OR Select Incentive Scheme if you want to apply for any incentive scheme and fill out the form with the required information and click on the register button.
Step 3: Click the Login to Apply button
Following the conclusion of the new registration procedure, the student will get a unique application ID and password through SMS to the specified (registered) cellphone number. On the home page, click the Login to Apply link. Your smartphone will then display the Login for Fresh Application web page.
Step 4: Enter your login information
On the login web page, students must log in to NSP using their application ID and password, which they got during the registration process, and then click the login button. When the PwD student first logs in, he or she must update the password. This password must be kept secure and private. Only before the initial login, i.e. before changing the received password, may the student alter the cellphone number.
Step 5: Select the Application Form link
When you click the login button, an applicant dashboard will appear. To begin with the scholarship application, click on the 'Application Form' button. The Application Form is split into three sections: Registration Details, Academic Details, and General Information. PwD students must complete all relevant data in the application form and upload all supporting documentation. Finally, press the ' Final Submit' button.
Step 6: Download and print the Application Form
Your scholarship application will be successfully submitted when you click the submit button. Print and save the application form for future reference.
Note: All candidates are urged to complete the form carefully because modifications cannot be made after it has been sent. Only one application be submitted by each applicant because numerous submissions would result in the cancellation of the form.
