1. A scholarship support cell should be established in every department. The cell will provide full cooperation to the students from the filling of the scholarship application form till the final submission and will compulsorily make the mobile numbers and email IDs of the committee members available in the BU Jhansi Scholarships department.
2. The Head of the Department/Coordinator should instruct the students that before final submission of the scholarship application form, after getting the self-checked format, get it compulsorily checked by the office of the department or the Head of the Department/Coordinator, and in case of error Reject the application from your own level, that application should not be forwarded to the scholarship section.
3. The income certificate of the student/girls should be in the name of the father only after the death of the mother and only after that the income certificate in the name of the student/student is not valid. 4. 6. The computerized list of scholarship applications to be forwarded must be made available to Smt. 7. Only e-affidavits by the students will be valid and only the student and his guardian will remain as parties to the affidavit.
8. Students should not forward the scholarship application form in case the name of the course in which the student is studying is wrong and the course filled in the scholarship application form is wrong.
9. Instructions have also been given to implement the biometric attendance process as per the instructions dated 07.04.2022 of the Director C-51/S.A./Education-A/31403/2022-23.
10. According to the timetable for filling the scholarship application form on the BU Jhansi Scholarship Portal which is called Bundelkhand Research Portal, the department should encourage the students/girls to fill the scholarship application at the earliest, so that the department can forward the applications in time and send them to the scholarship section for advance action.
