At the same time, no state nomination is available for the postgraduate and doctoral courses for PG and PhD programmes.
CAU admission via ICAR AIEEA: The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) conducts the All India Entrance Examination for Admission (AIEEA) through the National Testing Agency (NTA), and during counselling, candidates may opt for CAU Imphal as their university choice.
For undergraduate programmes, 15% of the seats are reserved for candidates from all over India through the AIEEA entrance exam, strictly with the ICAR reservation policy.

At the same time, the remaining 25% of the seats are reserved for candidates from all over India through the AIEEA entrance exam, strictly with the ICAR reservation policy.
CAU admission via Self-Financed Seat: The self-financed program is open to all candidates from all over India. The CAU may either conduct an entrance test, or the selection may be based on the AIEEA score. Self-financed programs are available for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs in selected disciplines.
