The training and placement cell is an important component for the Kerala Agricultural University placements. This campus office is in charge of determining students' needs, locating employment prospects, planning placement activities, projecting students' competencies to employers, and other tasks. Students receive thorough preparation for the university's hiring procedure. The Directorate of Placement Services of Kerala Agricultural University makes sure that students are learning the skills they need, whether they are hard or soft skills that will aid them in transitioning to the job market. Sending invitations and other pertinent information to recruiting firms, receiving job descriptions from those firms, scheduling dates and times for campus visits, pre-placement meetings, written tests, group discussions, interviews, and final placements are all part of the Kerala Agricultural University placement process.
In this university, there is a functioning student placement cell with a faculty member serving as the placement officer. The placement cell makes every attempt to conduct campus interviews and offer the students appropriate placements at Kerala Agricultural University. The university is receiving requests from numerous private businesses and industries to conduct campus recruitment. Additionally, the university regularly hosts a number of training sessions on career advising, personality development, and other topics to help students prepare for competitive tests and job interviews. Under the DSW of our university, an employment, information, and guidance bureau is operational. The placement cell frequently releases employment bulletins with information on job openings both domestically and internationally.

Placement: Most of the students in KCAET were well placed in food industries such as Hatsun, Jubilant Food Works, Kohinoor, etc. But most of them opted for higher studies in foreign countries such as New Zealand, Canada and Australia. However, it's our honour to be blessed with good alumni. The salary packages offered were decent and ranged between 1.5 LPA to 3 LPA.
Placement: The training and placement department of Kerala Agricultural University is quite active since it informs students of available jobs and offers a variety of training sessions and workshops to help students strengthen their technical and soft skills. The university wants to position as many students as possible by conducting on-campus and off-campus interviews with reputable businesses.
