VBSPU Admission 2025 - Dates, Form, Online Process, Fees

For VBSPU admission 2024, the CUET 2023 exam is accepted. The NTA released the exam dates. The CUET UG 2023 will be held from May 21 to 31, 2023. The CUET UG application form 2024 will be available in the first week of February 2023. Candidates can apply online at cuet.samarth.ac.in.

For Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University admission 2024, the JEE Main 2023 Admit Card (Session 1) was published on jeemain.nta.nic.in. By using their Application Number and Date of Birth, candidates can download their JEE Main Admit Card 2024. The Session 1 exam dates are January 24, 25, 29, 30, 31 and February 1, 2023. The Session 2 exam dates are April 6, 8, 10, 11, and 12, 2023. Registrations were done on jeemain.nta.nic.in and nta.ac.in. • Register yourself by using a valid mobile number and email id.
• To Verify, Enter the OTP you received on your registered mobile number.

• Choose the course and fill out the application form.

VBSPU Jaunpur Application Fees

The Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University application fees are Rs 500 (General, OBC category candidates) and Rs 250 (Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe category candidates). For PhD, the application fee is Rs 1000 (Rs 500 for reserved category candidates).

• Candidates must have at least 50% in the 10+2 qualifying examination from a recognised board.
• Candidates must have Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
• For the Third Subject candidates must have Biotechnology/ Chemistry/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject with a minimum of 45% marks.
• A JEE Main or UPSEE score is mandatory for admission.

Purvanchal University B.Pharm Admission Process 2024

• Candidates must have at least 50% in the 10+2 qualifying examination from a recognised board.
• Candidates must have Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects.
• or the Third Subject candidates must have Mathematics/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject with a minimum of 45% marks.
• Admission is granted on the basis of UPSEE or CUET exam scores.
• For B.Pharm (Lateral Entry) Admission, a D.Pharm with at least 50% marks from a recognised university with UPSEE/ CUET scores are required.
• Student Intake: 60 (Regular) and 60 (Lateral).

VBSPU BA LLB Admission Process 2024

• Candidates must have a 10+2 with 45% marks (42% for SC/OBC and 40% for ST category candidates) from a recognised board. 
• Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree are also eligible to apply for admission.
• Admission is granted on the basis of merit on first cum first serve basis.
• Student Intake: 120.

VBSPU Jaunpur B.Sc Admission Process 2024

• Candidates must have at least 40-45% (33% for SC/ST) in their 10+2 with Mathematics Group or equivalent.
• Admission will be on the basis of UPSEE scores.
• Student Intake: 140.

Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University BCA Admission Process 2024

• Candidates must have passed their 10+2 qualifying examination in any subject.
• A UPSEE score is compulsory for admission.
• Student Intake: 100.

VBSPU B.Com Admission Process 2024

• Candidates must have 40-45% marks (33 % for SC/ST category candidates) in 10+2 or equivalent with commerce or economics or mathematics as one of the subjects.
• A UPSEE score is necessary for admission.

• Candidates must have a Graduation degree in any discipline with a minimum of 45% marks.
• Admission will be done based on the UPSEE/ PUCAT marks. (50% through PUCAT and 50% through UPSEE).

Purvanchal University MCA Admission Process 2024

• Candidates with a Graduation degree in any discipline with 45% in Mathematics at intermediate level/ PGDCA/ BCA.
• Admission is granted on the basis of UPSEE or PUCAT exam scores.

VBSPU Jaunpur M.Sc Admission Process 2024

• Candidates with a Graduation degree in a relevant subject with 50% marks.
• Admission is granted on the basis of PUCAT exam scores.

VBSPU M.A Admission Process 2024

• Candidates with a Graduation degree in subject or 45% marks with Psychology (Hons) from a recognised university.
• On the basis of PUCAT exam scores, admission is granted.
• Student Intake: 60.

Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University MJMC Admission Process 2024

• Candidates with a Graduation degree in BJMC or B.A in Journalism and Mass Communication with 45% from a recognised university.
• On the basis of PUCAT exam scores, admission is granted.
• Student Intake: 60.

• The minimum eligibility for Purvanchal University PhD admission is a Master’s degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 55% marks. 
• Admission is done on the basis of the PUCRET exam conducted by the university. 
• Shortlisted candidates have to sit for the personal interview (PI) round.
• The university offers a PhD in 45 disciplines.
• Candidates with UGC, CSIR, JRF, NET, GATE or SLET or equivalent examination are exempted from the PUCRET exam but have to appear for an interview.

PUCRET Exam

• The PUCRET entrance test is MCQ based with two papers.
• Paper 1 consists of 100 questions on General Awareness and Academic Aptitude for the duration of two hours.
• Paper 2 includes 100 questions based on Research Aptitude for the duration of two hours.
