Cochin University of Science and Technology is a state government university. The university has been re-accredited by NAAC with an A grade and is also recognised by UGC. The college was established in 1971 and was originally known as University of Cochin and later reorganised as Cochin University of Science and Technology. CUSAT offers offers courses in law specially for BBA+LLB, B.Com+LLB, LLB and LLM respectively. Cochin University of Science and Technology admission in UG courses is based on the minimum qualifying marks in 10+2 examination and marks secured in CUSAT Common Admission Test.
