The AILET 2025 application process started on August 1, 2024 and the last date to submit the application form is November 18, 2024. The application form has been released on the official website of NLU Delhi.
AILET stands for All India Law Entrance Test which is conducted by the National Law University, Delhi. Through AILET, aspiring candidates get to study BA LLB and LLM. The exam is conducted offline (pen and paper-based mode). The exam consists of 3 sections, English Language, General Knowledge & Current Affairs and Logical Reasoning.
A provisional AILET 2025 answer key will be released by NLU-D, after which students who have taken the exam can raise objections. For each objection, the candidate has to pay Rs 500 in online mode. If the objection is found valid, the fee will be refunded. The fee can only be paid online, no other modes of payment are accepted.
National Law University, Delhi releases the AILET 2025 cutoff along with the counselling notice. Students can expect the cutoff list to be released by the 2nd or 3rd week of December 2024.
The AILET 2025 counselling process will begin 2-3 days after the release of the AILET result.
According to the previous AILET exams, students can expect AILET 2025 results to be released by the 2nd or 3rd week of December 2024. Usually, the result is released within a week of conducting the law entrance exam.
AILET 2025 is conducted once every year for a duration of 120 minutes. In BA LLB, 150 questions are asked and for LLM 100 questions are asked. The questions asked are all multiple-type questions where candidates will get +1 for the correct answer and -0.25 for the incorrect answer.
The AILET 2025 admit card will be issued by National Law University, Delhi and will be released for download from November 28, 2024. The test-takers can download the admit card till the exam day. To download the AILET admit card, students have to visit the official website of NLU Delhi and download it after logging in with their credentials.
