About SET 2025 (Registration Open)

SET 2025 dates were released by Symbiosis International (Deemed University) on December 6, 2023, along with the SET application form 2025. The last date to complete the registration is April 12, 2025. SET A 2025 exam will be concluded on May 5, 2025, while, SET B 2025 will be conducted on May 11, 2025. SET A 2025 admit card will be released on April 25, 2025The SET 2025 admit card for SET B will be released on April 30, 2025, on the official website- set-test.org. The slot-booking process for the SET 2025 mock test will begin on March 27, 2025. The mock test will be conducted on March 28 only for candidates who completed their registration. The SET 2025 result will be released on May 22, 2025. SET 2025 is an undergraduate exam conducted by Symbiosis International (Deemed University) for admission into BA, B.Sc, BCA, and BBA courses offered by 10 SIU constituent institutes. Apart from SET, Symbiosis conducts three other admission tests every year, namely, the SIT Engineering Entrance Exam (SIT EEE), Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT), and Symbiosis Entrance Exam for Design (SEED).

These are held for admission to its undergraduate courses in the streams of Mass Communication, Economics, Design, Management, Law, Engineering, Computer Studies, Liberal Arts, and Culinary Arts. SET evaluates the knowledge and aptitude of the students for particular courses offered by the University. SET 2025 Application Process

The SET application form 2025 is conducted online on the SET website (set-test.org). Students who want to take the SET 2025 exam could register until the deadline by completing the online application form. The following steps are involved in the SET application process:

  • Fill out the SET application form with specifics such as name, date of birth, sex, email ID, mobile number, etc. to create a new user account.
  • Attach the necessary documents in the format specified.
  • Using a one-time password to confirm registration.
  • The registration fee can be paid by credit/debit card, online banking, or UPI
  • Fill out the SET registration form with the required information such as category, exam centers, universities, and so on.
  • Paying the organization fee and printing the completed application form and receipt of payment.

  • The candidate must have passed Class 12 or similar exams in the relevant stream from a recognizable committee or college with a minimum score of 50% (45% for SC/ST students).
  • Applicants in Class 12 or waiting to receive Class 12 results are also qualified to participate but must provide a passing certificate.
  • An applicant who has passed the Class 12 or equivalent examination from an international board must acquire an adjacency certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

SET Preparation 2025

Applicants planning to take the SET 2025 exam should begin their preparation at least 6 months well before the written exam to give sufficient time to accommodate all factors of SET 2025 preparation. They must construct a preparation strategy that includes:

  • SET 2025 syllabus coverage
  • Practice tests and study material are used to practise.
  • Revision of significant issues in the final days before the exam

SET Exam Day Instructions 2025

SET 2025 will be conducted in the computer-based test mode. Candidates appearing for the exam must not only be prepared for the exam but also for the exam day. Mentioned below are some of the exam-day instructions that the candidates must follow:

  • Do not forget to carry the colored printout of the SET admit card. Digital or soft copies of the admit cards will not be accepted.
  • Reach the exam center at least an hour before the commencement of the exam.
  • Do not carry electronic gadgets or articles which are prohibited in the exam hall.
  • Carry a valid ID proof issued by the Government of India such as an Aadhar Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Voter ID or Passport.
  • Always wear a mask and follow the COVID-19 protocols.

SET Admission Process 2025

The SET exam 2025 consists of three steps: filling out the application form, the SET 2025 exam, and a personal interview/written aptitude test.

STEP 1: Completing the SET registration form

Applicants must apply for the SET written test by completing the SET 2025 registration form, which is available on the official website. They must sign up as new participants on the SET website. Applicants will gain access to the application form after successfully registering. The enrollment fee of INR 2,250 must be paid online only via net banking or credit/debit card.

STEP 2: Get your SET admit card

Only enrolled students will be provided SET hall tickets. Applicants can obtain their separate hall tickets by visiting the official website.

STEP 3: Take the SET exam

The SET exam 2025 will be held in computer-based test (CBT) mode at the planned time at various exam centers across the nation. Applicants must bring their hall tickets and one form of identification to the assessment test (Driving license, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport).

STEP 4: Verify the SET result

The SET result will be available on the website. Chosen applicants will be invited to participate in the WAT/PI round. Each institute published its own SET cut-off. Applicants are encouraged to visit individual sites.

STEP 5: Attend SET WAT/PI.

To the WAT/PI round, the candidate must bring all relevant documents (original and photocopy). The performance evaluation of an applicant in SET and WAT/PI will be used to decide enrollment. Last year, WAT was held on the day of the SET exam. Applicants were given 30 minutes to complete the WAT.

Let me tell tell you the eligibility criteria of bba here in LPU the applicant need to pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium.
