Candidates can appear for the LPUNEST exam in the comfort of their home while being monitored by the respective proctors of the university. To appear in the LPUNEST exam from home, candidates are required to ensure that they have a laptop/ desktop (primary device) and smartphone (secondary device).
The difficulty level of the LPU entrance exam, known as LPUNEST, is moderate and not excessively hard. Qualifying the LPUNEST exam depends upon one’s level of preparation and understanding of the topics covered in the LPUNEST syllabus, which are typically based on Class 11th and 12th subjects.
The LPUNEST exam has 4 sections namely Mathematics/Biology, Physics, Chemistry and English.
Candidates are awarded 4 marks for each correct answer in the LPUNEST exam, and there is no provision of negative marking.
The LPUNEST exam is conducted for the duration of 150 minutes.
The LPUNEST exam comprises 25 MCQ or fill-in-the-blank questions and is 150 minutes long. Candidates must choose between PCB/PCM and English as the mandatory papers. Each question carries 4 marks for each correct answer, and there is no negative marking.
