Tata Trust Scholarship for B.Ed and D.Ed Students

Tata Trust Scholarship for B.Ed and D.Ed Students is awarded to aspiring candidates of B.Ed and D.Ed courses. The BEd scholarship by the Tata Trust partly covers the tuition costs and other relevant academic fees that the candidates need to pay to the B.Ed or D.Ed institutions or universities. However, the applicants must note that the hostel and mess charges are not covered under this BEd scholarship.

The BEd scholarship's last date will be furnished as and when released.

CARE Rating Scholarship Scheme

The CARE Rating Scholarship Scheme is sponsored by the Vidyasaarathi Group to support candidates in completing their B.Ed education. The authorities will provide up to Rs 25,000 to the deserving students. For instance, for the academic year 2020 - 21, around 23 aspirants were selected for the scholarship. The BEd scholarship status of the application form and BEd scholarship last date of the CARE Rating Scheme is yet to be disclosed on the official website.

UGC Emeritus Fellowship

UGC Emeritus Fellowship is granted by the University Grant Commission. The scholarship gives retired teachers from colleges and universities authorised under the UGC Act to join a research program to enable them to do active research in their respective fields of specialization.

Aspirants will receive a BEd scholarship worth Rs 10,000 per month. Additionally, they will get Rs 20,000 per annum as a contingency allowance.

Aspirants must note that the UGC Emeritus Fellowship will be cancelled in case the beneficiaries are found to conduct unsatisfactory research work, or engaged in any misconduct etc., or their ineligibility is revealed later on. Widow-Abandoned Chief Minister (B.Ed) Sambal Yojana

The Widow-Abandoned Chief Minister (B.Ed) Sambal Yojana is a scholarship scheme provided to female aspirants who are studying or working in any state or non-state training institution in Rajasthan. The BEd scholarship's last date for 2024 is expected to be in the month of February or March 2024.
 

Vidyasaarathi MPCL Scholarship

The Vidyasaarathi MPCL scholarship is supported by the Malana Power Limited Company to candidates who are pursuing their education in B.Ed or Nursing, or ITI courses.  The capable aspirants will get a BEd scholarship amount of up to Rs 8,000. The BEd scholarship last date will be available on the official web portal.

Vidyasaarathi Wagh Bakri Scholarship

Wagh Bakri Scholarship is in collaboration with the Vidyasaarathi portal created to deliver financial assistance to applicants from needy backgrounds so that they can continue their B.Ed education. The scholarship is not applicable to employees and their children from the Wagh Bakri Tea Group.

Candidates selected for the Vidyasaarathi Wagh Bakri BEd Scholarship may receive up to Rs 25,000. Applicants having any scheme-related queries can email the official conducting body.

The application process for the Wagh Bakri Scholarship for B.Ed is expected to begin in August 2024, and the BEd Scholarship last date is likely to be in September 2024.

Vidyasaarathi Astral Foundation Renewal Scholarship for B.Ed. Course (2024-25)

Astral Foundation Renewal Scholarship for B.Ed Course in partnership with the Vidyasaarathi portal offers financial help to needful aspirants who are meritorious but are unable to afford education.

They will obtain BEd scholarship up to Rs 30,000. Applicants can send their application forms for the Astral Foundation Renewal Scholarship from August 2024 to September 2024 (Tentatively).

Specifications of BEd Scholarships 2024

Tata Trust Scholarship for B.Ed and D.Ed Students

• The candidates must be pursuing B.Ed or D.Ed education in Jammu and Kashmir and North-East India such as Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura. 
   

CARE Rating Scholarship Scheme

• Applicants must be interested in seeking admission to B.Ed courses.
• Additionally, meritorious candidates interested in going for MBA / PGDM / M.com / B.Ed / B.Sc and Bachelor of Design are also eligible for the CARE Rating Scholarship Scheme. 
   

UGC Emeritus Fellowship

• The duration of the UGC Emeritus Fellowship is 2 years. No extension will be granted by the authorities after this period.
   

Widow-Abandoned Chief Minister (B.Ed.) Sambal Yojana

• The main purpose of the Widow-Abandoned Chief Minister (B.Ed.) Sambal Yojana is to provide assistance to the female aspirants by refunding the fees they paid to the institution for joining the B.Ed course.

Vidyasaarathi MPCL Scholarship

• Applicants interested in studying B.Ed are qualified to send their application forms for the Vidyasaarathi MPCL Scholarship.
• After the candidates complete the application process, the candidates have applied they can check the BEd scholarship status from the official homepage.
• Applicants who are sons or daughters of the employees of the MPCL Group are not permitted to apply for the scholarship.

Vidyasaarathi Wagh Bakri Renewal Scholarship For B.Ed In Special Education (2024-25)

• This scholarship can be applied for by the students who had been awarded grant by the Wagh Bakri Foundation in the previous academic year.
• The course includes full time B.Ed in Special Education.
• It is mandatory for the applicants to have a bank account.
• The candidates must not have failed or have any backlog from the previous academic year.

Vidyasaarathi Astral Foundation Renewal Scholarship for B.Ed. Course (2024-25)

• Only those candidates who secured grant in the previous academic year are eligible for the Vidyasaarathi Astral Foundation Renewal Scholarship for B.Ed.
• Aspirants must have a bank account. 
• They must have achieved a minimum of 65% marks in the last academic year without any backlog in any of the subjects.
• This scholarship is open to all aspirants. However, applicants must note that the employees of Astral Foundation and their children are not qualified to apply for the scholarship.

BEd Scholarships - Eligibility Criteria
 

Tata Trust Scholarship for B.Ed and D.Ed Students

• One of the important criteria is the aspirants must be from Jammu and Kashmir or Northeast Indian states.
• Another crucial condition is the aspirants must have obtained 60% or more marks in the last qualifying examination.

CARE Rating Scholarship Scheme

• Students must have concluded their graduation with a minimum of 50% marks.
• The annual income of the student’s family must not exceed Rs 5,00,000 to be eligible for the BEd scholarship of CARE Rating.

UGC Emeritus Fellowship

• To be considered for the UGC Emeritus Fellowship, candidates must have teaching experience from a well-known institution of higher education.
• The age of the aspirants must be within 70 years.

Widow-Abandoned Chief Minister (B.Ed.) Sambal Yojana

• The candidates must be female to qualify for this BEd scholarship.
• They must be divorced or abandoned and have 75% attendance in the college or university.

Vidyasaarathi MPCL Scholarship

• Candidates must be studying in a 2-Year B.Ed programme (full-time course) from any university or college with NAAC accreditation and approved by the NCTE.
• The lowest percentage of marks required to apply for the Vidyasaarathi MPCL The scholarship is 50% in the graduation examination.
• The candidate’s family’s annual pay must not surpass Rs 5,00,000. 
   

Vidyasaarathi Wagh Bakri Renewal Scholarship For B.Ed In Special Education (2024-25)

• The minimum percentage required for application is at least 50% in Class 12 and in Graduation.
• Candidates must be from Gujarat.
• The family income of the students must be below Rs 5,00,000.

Vidyasaarathi Astral Foundation Renewal Scholarship for B.Ed. Course (2024-25)

• The qualification criteria for the Vidyasaarathi Astral Foundation Renewal Scholarship for B.Ed. Course is minimum 50% in Class 10, Class 12 and in Graduation.
• The annual family income of the applicant must be under Rs 5,00,000.

Here are the major steps of the online form of the national level BEd scholarships - 

• The aspirants must check out the B.Ed website of the National Scholarship.
• Once the home page appears, they have to register for the scholarship by following the instructions.
• Once done, they have to login with the registration credentials and find the BEd scholarship online form.
• The candidates must supply the data asked; like name, date of birth, cell phone number, email address, etc., for the application form, and press Save and Continue.
