ACE Engineering College has a very active placement cell. The motto of the ACE placement cell is “Every One Counts”. Every student has aspirations to get placed in a company of their choice for the best support to realise the dream of landing in a reputed organisation, through on-campus drives. The ACE training and placement cell plays a critical role in identifying job opportunities for the students who aspire to start their professional journey after the completion of their engineering degree. The final year degree students are all eligible to appear in the placement drive. 

The T&P cell of ACE Engineering College understands that training is important for engineering students to enhance their employability skills and achieve good placement in various industries. It functions throughout the year in understanding the modern skill requirements of the industry and its expectations, mapping the requirements with the interest domains of students, planning, successfully implementing all the training sessions, seminars and integrating the training modules into the regular academics where necessary and facilitate these students by keeping in touch with reputed firms and industrial establishments.

While competition is on a high, opportunities are plenty for the right candidate these days. The training of the students and equipping them with life skills is the foremost responsibility of the ACE T&P cell. It strives to impart technical expertise while nurturing the student for a holistic personality.

Objectives of ACE Placement Cell

• To increase awareness amongst current students about placement opportunities in industries and various skill-sets required.
• Help students in placements according to their areas of interest and competencies.
• Mentor and guide students to develop behavioral and soft skills necessary.
• To bridge the gap between college and industry.

For the year 2022. a total of 73 companies visited the ACE Engineering College to participate in the annual placement drive. A total of 1042 job offers were made during the year 2022 to the students from various engineering departments of the college. The average salary package offered to the students is Rs 4.5 lakhs per annum. The highest salary package secured by the students of ACE Engineering College is Rs 10 lakh per annum.
