Acharya's NRV School of Architecture Campus Facilities - Hostel Fees, Infrastructure, Address

The 120-acre Acharya Campus nestles in a green environment in the outskirts of Bangalore city. The development has been in sync with nature, where least space has been utilized for structural development leaving a large portion, green. Beautiful gardens, flower beds, fruit and flower bearing trees, park furniture, water ponds, fountains mark the Campus' distinction - which has come for appreciation from both students and discerning visitors.

All efforts are constantly put in to provide the best facilities for residents living in Acharya Halls of Residence. Every resident has access to a wide range of activities, facilities and support on the campus. Besides the regular Residence’s dining facilities, there are affordable food services within the campus that provide inexpensive and easily accessible lunch or evening snack options. Acharya Institutes, with its beautiful landscape and carefully tended gardens, provide an ideal environment for a congenial learning experience and encourage to participate in various committees in Hall Events such as Cultural, Discipline, Sports, Mess, and Maintenance. Environment Capacity Building Workshop Organized by Nature Watch and National Law school of India University provided a platform for the students for sharing legal knowledge across environmental walks of life and how to tackle the momentous challenges ahead, and hence the workshop delivered a legal practical education. The workshop began with the Presidential address by Dr. Mohan K. G. appreciating role of Nature Watch in organizing such workshops for the benevolence of Students and Academic community alike. This was followed by Inaugural address by Chief Guest Dr. N. Balasubramanya who briefed the gathering with common environmental issues which the society is failing to tackle. Further the Keynote Address was delivered by Guest of Honour Dr. M. K. Ramesh (Chair Professor, Environmental Law Clinic, CEERA) in how to go about Protecting the Environment the Legal Way

• NSS Special camp conducted in the year 2013-14 at Government Primary School chikkabanavara

A rain water harvesting unit was constructed at Government Primary School chikkabanavara. Two soaking pits were constructed with in the school compound. These two soaking pits were constructed by NSS student volunteers from Acharya Institute of Technology. The NSS special camp was conducted from 20/03/2014 To 26/03/2014. The rain water was constructed by NSS student volunteers within 6 days. This rain water harvesting unit improves ground water level.

• NSS Special camp conducted in the year 2014-15 at Soladevanahalli police station, soladevanahalli

Rain water harvesting unit was constructed at Soladevanahalli police station soladevanahalli. One soaking pit was constructed with in the station premises. This soaking pit was constructed by NSS student volunteers from Acharya Institute of Technology. The NSS special camp was conducted from 27/10/2014 To 03/11/2014. The rain water was constructed by NSS volunteers within 5 days. This rain water harvesting unit improves ground water level.
