PES University Admission 2025 - Dates, Form, Online Process, Fees

PES University admission process has begun for 2025. Candidates can apply for admission in online mode only. PES University application fee is Rs 1200 for all courses. The university also accepts entrance exams like KCET/JEE Main for BTech, CAT/MAT/CMAT/GMAT/GRE/PGCET for MBA, PGCET for MCA, UCEED for BDes, NATA for BArch, CLAT for integrated law courses and GATE for MTech. For PES University admission to MBA in 2025, CAT exam will be considered. GATE 2025 exam will be held on February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 205. For PES University admission 2025 to BA LLB and BCom LLB, applicants need to appear in the CLAT 2025 . The next session of MAT 2025 exams are on March 9, 2025 (PBT 1),  and March 23, 2025 (CBT). Applicants can also get admission to PES University via the management quota. For management quota admission, candidates need to pay higher fees than other candidates.

PES University admission 2025 has started and candidates can apply for one of the 27 courses offered by the university. To meet the PES University admission requirements, candidates must pass the qualifying exam and perform well in the entrance examination. The PES Scholastic Aptitude Test (PESSAT) is conducted by the university for admission to various UG and PG courses except BTech. The university offers admission to BTech through KCET and JEE Main score. For MBA, candidates can apply using the scores of CAT/MAT/CMAT/GMAT/GRE/PGCET. Similarly, the PES University entrance exam 2025 for MTech is PESSAT along with GATE. NATA scores are considered for offering admission to applicants for the BArch course. 

PES University BTech Admission

For PES University admission to BTech, candidates need to appear in KCET or JEE Main exams. From 2025 onwards the university will not conduct the PESSAT for BTech admission. In addition, applicants are required to score 45% marks in class 12 to become eligible for admission to BTech. 10% of the total BTech seats are reserved for candidates who want admission through KCET. The rest of the seats are offered to applicants with a JEE Main score and applicants who want admission through the management quota. • For PES University BTech admission through KCET, candidates need to appear in the KCET 2025 exam and then choose PES University during the counselling rounds by KCET Cell. 
• If candidates can meet the PES University BTech cutoff 2025 through KCET, then they can get admission. 
• As for PES University admission through JEE Mains, candidates need to apply for admission on the university website. 
• They need to fill out the application form and upload all the required documents.
• Pay the PESU Bangalore application fee of Rs 1200 and submit the application.
• Then upload the JEE Main score and all the required documents.
• The university drafts a merit list based on the score obtained by the candidates in JEE Main and then grants them admission. 

PES University BBA Admission

Candidates are eligible for PES University admission to BBA if they have scored a minimum of 45% marks in the class 12 exam from a recognized board. Candidates are selected for BBA admission using the PES Scholastic Aptitude Test (PESSAT) score. • Then log into their account and fill out the PES University application form.
• Upload the required documents and fill out all the data.
• Pay the PESU Bangalore application fees of Rs 1200 and submit the application.

PES University BArch Admission

PES University admission 2025 to BArch is through entrance exam performance. Candidates who pass the PESAAT or NATA are selected for admission. However, candidates need to keep in mind that they need to score a minimum of 45% marks in class 12 to become eligible for this course.

• For PES University admission to BArch, candidates need to go to the official website of the university and click on apply now. 
• Next, register for a new account and log into their account.
• Now, fill out the PESU Bangalore application form and upload all the required documents.
• Pay the PES University application fee and submit the application.
• Next, book a slot for the PESSAT or submit your NATA scorecard. 
• The university conducts the counselling and then releases a merit list for admission.
• Applicants then need to pay the PES University admission fee to secure their seats. 

PES University MBA Admission

Applicants interested in PES University admission to the MBA course can appear in the PESSAT conducted by the university. Or else, they can also provide a valid scorecard of CAT/MAT/CMAT/GMAT/GRE/PGCET exam to get admission. However, keep in mind that candidates with less than 50% marks in graduation are not considered for PES University MBA admission. The CAT 2024 exam will be conducted on November 24, 2024. February session MAT 2025 Registration Process (CBT) is from December 24, 2024 - March 9, 2025 and the exam is on March 23, 2025.

• Candidates need to first register as a new applicant at the university website. 
• Then fill out the PES University application form and choose MBA as your selected course.
• Upload all the required documents and pay Rs 1200 as your PES University application fee. 
• Then appear in the PESSAT or skip it if you uploaded the scorecard of CAT/MAT/CMAT/GMAT/GRE/PGCET.
• Attend the personal interview and group discussion round. 
• The university releases a merit list based on the performance of the candidates.
• If selected, pay the admission fee for the MBA and secure the final admission letter. 

PES University MTech Admission

PES University admission to MTech is based on the score obtained in the PESSAT exam. However, candidates who have a valid scorecard of GATE or PGCET can skip the university entrance exam. Candidates need to have a minimum of 50% marks in BE or BTech in the relevant field to be considered for admission. For PES University MTech admission, the GATE 2025 exams will be conducted on February 01, 02, 15, and 16, 2025.

• Fill out the PES University application form.
• Upload the required documents.
• Submit the application by paying the PES University application fee of Rs 1200. 
• Appear in the PESSAT and then attend the interview round.
• Visit the university for the document verification round.
• If selected, pay the PES University admission fee to secure admission. 

PES University UG Admission

At the UG level, PES University admission is offered for courses like BDes, BCom, BA, BSc, BPharm, BTech, BBA, BArch, etc. Candidates are considered eligible for admission if they score 45% more marks in the class 12 exam. PES University admission to UG courses is granted to candidates who have a valid scorecard of the required entrance exam. For example, PESU Bangalore conducts the PES Scholastic Aptitude Test (PESSAT) for admission to all UG courses except for BTech and BTech MTech courses. The university also accepts scores of other entrance exams such as UCEED for BDes, JEE Main/KCET for BTech, LSAT/CLAT for BA LLB and BCom LLB. CLAT 2025 application's last date is October 15, 2024, and the exam is on December 01, 2024.

• Apply for PES University Bangalore admission.
• Next, appear in the required entrance exam. For the B.Des programme, the university accepts PESSAT and UCEED scores. For programs like BA LL.B. (Hons) and BBA LL.B. (Hons) PES University accepts PESSAT, CLAT, and LSAT. Whereas for UG programmes like B.A, B.Com, BPT, PES University accepts only PESSAT.
• Based on the merit list candidates are invited to the PES university counselling process. The final seat allotment is based on the merit list, availability of seats, and choices set by the candidates.
• Selected candidates are called for final admission.
• Candidates need to pay first-year fees to confirm seats.

PES University PG Admission

At the post graduation level, candidates can apply for PES University admission to courses like MCA, LLM, MSc, MBA, MTech, and MPharm. The university considers candidates eligible for PG admission if they pass graduation from a recognised university. They need to score 45% to 55% marks in graduation depending on the selected course. PES University PG admission is based on the PES Scholastic Aptitude Test (PESSAT) score. The university also accepts other entrance exams such as PGCET for MCA admission.

PES University Cutoff 2024

Candidates who meet the cutoff requirements can proceed with the PES University admission process. The university conducts counselling for all the courses except BTech through KCET. PES University cutoff is not released for the courses for which the university conducts the counselling.
