The Knowledge Resource Center (KRC): This is a key area in the campus spread over a vast area of the university. The Sushant University’s library is also called the knowledge resource centre. It has an all-inclusive collection of many books like journals, research articles, dictionaries, and course-related books concerning all the subjects offered by the university in print and online versions. The KRC is fully computerized and divided into three sections, and has a seating capacity of about 200 students at a time. The university is a representative of DELNET as well for educational and research provisions of the students and professors.
Lecture Halls: The lecture halls/conference rooms at Sushant University are modern, featuring LCD projectors on the ceiling. The lecture halls are intended to provide generous space for audio-optical material for the students, with enough space between the seating area and screen or teaching board. In addition, the inclination of rooms is such that it promotes audio transmission from the front end of a room to the back end.

Sports Facilities: Every student at the university is stimulated to participate in at least one sport. To make this possible top-end sports facilities are available at Sushant University for its students and faculty, likewise for entertainment or training for tournaments. The sporting establishments comprise a well-built sports area, including two tennis courts, a basketball court, two volleyball courts and cricket requirements, and a football field which also serves the purpose of a cricket field. Several intra-college and inter-college sports competitions are arranged regularly to exhibit different cultures. In addition, life skill development programs like team construction, group conversations, and role-play programs are also convened at the university to engage and rejuvenate students.
Hostel: Sushant University has a separate girls' hostel as well as a boy's hostel on the campus with a capacity of accommodation for around 300 students based on triple allocation. The hostels are semi-furnished with a cupboard, computer table with a rack, chair, and bed with a mattress for each student. The facilities provided to the students at the hostel are- a common room with a television and some indoor gaming options, magazines and newspapers, fitness accessories, a meeting chamber for visiting parents, and timely meals.
Safety: The university takes adequate steps to provide utmost protection and safety to all those present on campus. The whole campus of Sushant University is under CCTV observation with multiple cameras installed at essential spots, thereby enabling the security staff to keep an eye on everything happening at every angle of the campus area. In addition, the university has two well-guarded entry and exit gates operated via an automated swapping machine, and a security person on duty is present at the gates at all times.
Transport facility: A transportation convenience is planned so that students can access the Sushant University campus from all key locations of Delhi-NCR. Typically, the transport system of the university encompasses all major areas of Delhi, Gurgaon, and Faridabad. There are also private taxis available from Faridabad for the convenience of students. In addition, transport facility shuttle buses now have inbuilt wi-fi service made accessible for the students.

Sushant University does not offer a Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT) course. However, it offers a similar course namely its B.Sc in Medical Lab Technology course. It is a Lateral Entry course and the duration is 4 years. The basic eligibility criteria for this course is passing class 12 with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and, Biology. The Sushant University fee for this course is Rs 1.8 lakh.
