BNC Dhubri Campus Facilities - Hostel Fees, Infrastructure, Address

Shew Narain Tantia Library, B. N. College, Dhubri (1946) was named after the Shew Narain Tantia Esqr., a business man of Dhubri Town. The then College Management Committee received a letter dated 28.04.1945 where in Shew Narain Tantia expressed his inclination to donate a sum of Rs. 17,000/- (Rupees seventeen thousand) only for the college library for purchasing of books etc. In the executive committee meeting dated 20th May, 1945, the terms and condition of the aforesaid letter were accepted and thus “Shew Narain Tantia Library of B. N. College, Dhubri came into being.
