BRSC issues an official time table for the admission to the various programmes on its official website. The selection process for the courses is strictly based on merit. It is recommended that the candidates should browse through the eligibility criteria before proceeding with the selection process. Interested candidates who want to go for any of the courses available at the institute should fill the application form, pay the fee along with submitting the required documents. All the details including the eligibility criteria and selection process of the courses have been elaborated below. 

If a candidate wishes to apply for the B.Sc. programme at BRSC, he/she has to clear Class-XII from a recognized Board with a minimum of 50 per cent in aggregate and 45 per cent in the related subject in the qualifying exam.
 

If a candidate wishes to apply for the B.A. programme at BRSC, he/she has to clear Class-XII from a recognized Board with a minimum of 50 per cent in aggregate and 45 per cent in the related/similar subject in the qualifying exam.
 

Candidates who want to opt for B. Com in Finance & Accounts must have passed 10+2 with at least 55 per cent marks in aggregate and the ones who want to take up B. Com in Marketing should have qualified Class XII with 45 per cent in Business Organisation or similar subjects. 
 

The eligibility criteria for the BBA course at BRSC says that the candidate should have at least 45 per cent marks in Mathematics, 50 per cent in Business Maths/Statistics/Accounts/Economics. 

BRSC B.Sc./B.A./B. Com/BBA Selection Process 2020

Admissions to B.Sc./B.A./B. Com/BBA at BRSC are strictly based on merit in the qualifying examination. 
 

The eligibility criteria for Calcutta University (CU)/West Bengal State University (WBSU) applicants is based on merit. Interested candidates should have secured not less than 60 per cent of marks in the qualifying examination and 40 per cent in the admission test held by the concerned department.
 

One must have completed B.Com/BBA with Accounts/Finance or Marketing to be able to apply for the M. Com programme at BRSC.

BRSC M.A. Education Eligibility Criteria 2020

Anyone who is seeking admission to the full-time M.A programme in Education at BRSC should have done B.A. Honours degree with Education from West Bengal State University (WBSU) or equivalent recognised by WBSU.

BRSC M.Sc./M.Com/M.A. Education Selection Process 2020

The selection process for M.Sc./M.Com/M.A. Education is entirely based on grades/marks acquired by the candidate in graduation from a recognised university (as per guidelines provided by West Bengal State Council of Higher Education - WBSCHE). Calcutta University (CU)/West Bengal State University (WBSU) students will be selected on the basis of merit. However, non-CU/WBSU candidates will be picked only if he/she has acquired at least 60 per cent marks in the qualifying exam and 40 per cent in the entrance test held by the concerned department of the institute.
