Merit List I – Under Graduate Admission 2025-2026 - The first merit list for admission to the academic year 2025-26 has been published. Applicants can check their merit list status by logging into the Applicant’s Login or by clicking the provided link. Merit-listed students must follow the instructions regarding the admission process, including the last date for fee payment, which is Wednesday, 11th June 2025. Payments can be made through the online payment gateway or in cash at Federal Bank. Students not listed in the merit list should await the second merit list, which may be published around Thursday, 12th June 2025, subject to seat availability and cut-off fulfillment. All admissions are subject to final scrutiny and acceptance by the appropriate authorities, including the University of Calcutta.
Admissions for Academic Year 2025-26 Now Open - The admission process for the academic year 2025-26 has been officially announced. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply online through the college's admissions page. Please note that only students who have received their Class XII Board results are eligible to apply. The application process will remain open until the last date of admission, which will be notified by the University of Calcutta. The first merit list will be published after the declaration of CBSE and WBCHSE Class XII results. A candidate taking up Honours Course in a subject must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate and 45% marks in the subject or related subject at the previous qualifying examination.
OR, 55% marks in the subject or related subject at the previous qualifying examination.
1. A candidate must have obtained 55% marks in aggregate with Mathematics or Accountancy or Economics or Business Economics with Mathematics in Class XII.
2. Group Discussion & Personal Interview (GD & PI) will be taken.
3. In order to be eligible for GD & PI, student must deposit both the fees i.e. Application and Admission fees.
