Overall: I am currently a BTech student at BIT Mesra. The college is high-quality in terms of education and facilities. The course fee can seem like a bit high for some. But I think its worth it. BTech course fee is 2,85,000 annually.
Placement: Placement is a major highlight at our college. Last year, BTech students go the highest package of Rs 51 LPA. This year also, we expect to reach a similar kind of number in terms of placements.
Infrastructure: Our college has all kinds of facilities on the campus. We have a central library for studies. There is a canteen & shopping complex that we use to relax after our classes. We also have a healthcare centre for any kind of medical assistance.
Faculty: Most of our teachers are graduates from IITs and NITs. So, we get to learn a lot from them. I really like how they take our classes through a blend of theoretical and practical lessons.
Overall: Birla institute of technology Ranchi offers program including undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral. The faculties here are highly qualified and has expertise in various research fields. Hostels here are quite big to be accommodated easily. Also the washrooms are clean and tidy. The placements here are quite decent.This year, the Case average package is 18 lpa which is good during the recession days. Also, overall average package is above 10 lpa.
Placement: Placements are good at bit Mesra department having average placement of above 18 lakh per annum and overall average placement is above 11 lakh. Placements have been going down due to recession but college has still maintained good placement records
Infrastructure: Lush green campus along with a big giant main building containing all the departments in it there are a few well maintained cafeteria's which are quite popular among the students and provide a good space to enjoy their leisure time apart from the main building there is also a RND building exclusively for the computer science department.
Faculty: The faculty at Bit Mesra are highly qualified individuals with advance degrees from respected institutions. The faculty members holds expertise in various research fields and provides personalize attention to students.
Hostel: There are 13 big size hostels which have quite decent facilities of accommodation also these hostels are regularly cleaned and sanitation is maintained on a regular basis moreover the mess facility is quite good and the food being quite okay.
Overall: College has got an excellent placement history but recently placements has been going down due to recession but still college has maintained its placement record having placements for CSE department above 18 lakh

Faculty: Faculty at Bit Mesra comprise of highly qualified individuals with every teacher having a doctorate degree in their respective fields and are also very helpful to the students but sometimes the lectures become very boring.
Hostel: There are 13 hostels with decent accomodation facilities.Staff is good and hostels are regularly maintained and mess facilities are also decent.Food is also quite decent.
