Overall: it very good college in this area this college was education is very good and professional this college staff is very helpful to students and this college is best
Overall: Overall the college is decent, stands out on its name. The teaching pedagogy used along with the the 0% attendance policy is something which develops out the character of a student, makes him responsible. Though the campus culture has reduced a bit due to covid times, but it is getting revived fast ,and overall the college still stands with its name.
Placement: Though due to recession ,like every other college BITS GOA has been hit ,still the placements are at par with IIT’s in the country. The mendian CTC offered for the last cycle of placements was 16lakh across all branches.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at BITS goa is decent, new classrooms were built in the last 5 years ,also the library ,the auditorium all are renovated and developed pretty well.
Faculty: The faculty here at BITS GOA is a bit unevenly distributed ,for example some professors have studied from Stanford ,so obviously they teach well ,while some have not studied from very decent colleges and it shows out in their classes. One of the new trends that has happened is most of the young professors coming in now have taken respectable degrees outside of India ,thereby improving the faculty culture and pedagogy.
Hostel: The hostels are fine too, just they need a bit of renovation as the cupboard being used is same since 15 years. Also the common room of hostel are one of the best things, you have a T.V. , and a table tennis table. Also recently the cost of hostel were changed thereby providing a relief for students. Overall the rooms and bathrooms in hostel are decent.
