Bihar National College (popularly known B.N College) was established in the year 1889. It is a constituent unit of Patna University, situated in Patna, which is the capital and biggest city of the state of Bihar in India. The college is accredited with grade “B++” by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). B.N College has four departments namely Science, Language, Social Science and Vocational courses. All the faculty members are well-qualified with more than five years of teaching experience. The college provides undergraduate and postgraduate programs in different specializations including Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany, Zoology, Geology, Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Urdu, Geography, History, Economics, Poly-Science, Psychology, Philosophy, Statistics, Business Administration, Computer Application, Biotechnology and Gemmology. Dear Student, The entrance exam required for BBA at BN College Patna is the Patna University Common Entrance Test (PUCET) 2025. The exam is conducted offline through pen and paper-based mode over a duration of 2 hours. A total of 100 questions are asked and the total marks for the exam are 100. Each question carries 1 mark and no negative marking will be there for incorrect answers. You will be evaluated in the areas of Quantitative Aptitude (Number Systems, Arithmetic, Geometry and Mensuration, Algebra, Data Interpretation & Analysis), Logical Reasoning (Series, Coding and Decoding, Direction and Distance, Syllogisms, Venn Diagrams), English Language (Reading comprehension, Grammar & Vocabulary, Synonyms and antonyms, Sentence correction and completion), and General Knowledge and Business Awareness (national & international current affairs, basic economic concepts, business terminologies, and General science and technology).
You must have passed Class 12 from a recognized board with a minimum aggregate of 45% (if you belong to the General Category) to become eligible to pursue the BBA course at the institute.
