CGC Landran campus size is about three acres and is well equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities. It has the newest technologies to help enhance the candidate's academic development. CGC Landran facilities include classrooms with modern equipment, laboratories, computing facilities, a library which can accommodate 300 students and has 40,000 subjects, 10 e-journals and 125 web courses. Other than these, there are several resources like books, dictionaries, reference materials, etc. The facilities at CGC Landran also include a cafeteria, hostels, gymnasium, sports facilities, etc.
CGC Landran hostel fee structure ranges from Rs Rs 1,15,000 - Rs 1,70,000, varying based on the room type and AC/non-AC facilities. CGC Landran hostel accommodations are offered to both male and female students of the institute. There are separate hostels for boys and girls with modern and well-equipped facilities. There are in-built gyms inside the hostel premises. The hostels in CGC Landran are fully WiFi enabled and have 24x7 electricity.
The hostel fee structure gets revised every year, i.e. before the beginning of the Academic session. The existing fee structure of hostels applicable for session 25-26 is as under.

Hostel allotment is made for the full academic session and not for semester. Hostel can be booked in advance by depositing the nominal charges as mandated from time to time but not less than Rs 10,000 non-refundable.
The hostel fee is to be deposited for the full academic year before occupying the hostel, except in the cases where there is the approval of the management or the parents/guardian, give the undertaking in writing in the form attached with the rule book in the form of an affidavit. The academic session starts on 1st July and ends on 30th June (Semester from July-December and January -June)
CGC Landran provides low-cost transportation for staff and students on various routes in Punjab, Chandigarh, and Haryana. Fees are distance-based, ranging from ₹27,650 to ₹53000 annually. Buses are punctual, safe, and well-maintained, making daily commuting easy. Fees are location-based for boarding and have to be paid annually.
