Telangana B Pharma Admissions 2025 is based on a written entrance exam. The entrance exam for the B.Pharm program is called the Telangana State Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test, or TS EAMCET. This exam is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH) for the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE).

Several colleges in Telangana admit students based on TS EAMCET (Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture & Medical Common Entrance Test) scores.
