Deba Ray College (abbreviated D.R College) is a Govt. Aided general college, located in Nayapalli area of Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. The college was established in the year 1983 as a Junior College. The college provides higher secondary and undergraduate level programs in the specialization of Arts, Science and Commerce. The higher secondary courses are affiliated with the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha and UG programs are affiliated with the Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. Currently, Deba Ray college is a major college in the capital city.
