A candidate belonging to open category must have obtained not less than 50% Marks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology subject taken together at the HSC (or Equivalent) Examination.
A Candidate belonging to Reserved Category must have obtained not less than 40% Marks Physics, Chemistry & Biology subject taken together at the HSC (or Equivalent) Examination.
No rounding off of the marks secured by the candidate will be done in individual subject or final total while converting marks of the individual subject out of 100 or total marks out of 300. For example, if the total of the marks in three subjects comes to 149 out of 300, percentage comes to 49.66 that will not qualify the candidate.
The candidates who are appearing for the qualifying examination i.e. HSC or equivalent in March/April–2013 are also eligible to appear for Asso-CET 2013, provided they must fulfill the eligibility conditions.
The eligibility conditions may vary in accordance with Judicial Pronouncements and orders issued by appropriate Authorities from time to time.
A candidate who has passed final MBBS Examination from a recognized Medical College included in the schedule of the Indian Medical Act 1956 and who has obtained full registration either from the Medical Council of India or Maharashtra Medical Council or State Medical Council after completing one-year compulsory rotating internship will be eligible to appear for APGM CET-2013. Registration is a condition precedent for appearing at APGM CET for Post Graduate Degree or Diploma Courses.
The full/ permanent MCI/MMC registration is a condition precedent for appearing at APGM CET and its proof including submission of application for registration should be enclosed.
A candidate who has completed one year compulsory Internship or is likely to complete the same on or before 31st March 2013 can appear for APGM CET-2013.
Candidates likely to complete their internship on or before 31/03/2013 should submit documentary proof from their Principals/Dean of the college regarding the likely date of completion of Internship. Candidate will be fully responsible for submitting correct information in the Application Form.
Candidates who are previously registered and pursuing / completed the course are not eligible for appearing at APGM CET-2013. Candidates who have completed PG Diploma is eligible to appear for the APGM CET-2013 for admission to PG Degree in the same subject only.
Candidate should keep one photocopy of his/her application form duly filled in with him/her for future reference.
