FDDI Rohtak Admission 2025

FDDI Rohtak Admission: The online applications for AIST 2024 must be submitted by April 20, 2024 (without a late fee) or April 30, 2024 (with a late fee). The scores of the FDDI All India Selection Test (AIST) and Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) are a major requirement of the eligibility criteria for B.Des admissions. Candidates who have a valid score of the UCEED exam will be exempted from appearing in the FDDI AIST test. In case the student has appeared for both the UCEED and AIST exams, the final selection ranks for such candidates will be devised on the basis of the FDDI AIST scores. 

For FDDI Rohtak admissions in the B.Des courses, candidates who have appeared for the qualifying examinations (class 10+2), but the results have not been declared yet, can also apply. However, this is subject to the condition that the admission will be provisional until the candidate submits the result of the respective examination on or before September 30 of the year of admission. 4. Completed a 3-year full-time Diploma after class 10 which is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) or offered by the Board of Technical Education of any state or Union territory

5. Passed a School Examination under the National Open School with a minimum of five subjects

6. The age limit is 25 years as on July 1.

FDDI Rohtak Application Process 2025

Filling out the admission form is a basic step for the FDDI admission process for all courses at the institute. Apart from this, the candidates also need to apply for the UCEED examination if they opt for it instead of the FDDI AIST test. The step-by-step instructions to apply for admission at the institute are mentioned below in detail.

Step 1: Visit the official website of FDDI Rohtak which is fddiindia.com. Click on “Apply Now” and obtain the application form. Alternatively, students can also obtain the application form from applyadmission.net. 

Step 2: Students who are applying for the first time are required to create a new “FDDI Login” by entering details like email id, course, date of birth, etc. Click on “Submit” and the candidate will be registered and a confirmation will be sent to the email id entered.

Step 3: Candidates must note that the email id and date of birth will be used to log in to the website to fill out the application form. 

Step 4: Once logged in, fill out the detailed application form for FDDI admission and click on “Save” to proceed to the next section. 

Step 5: Upload the candidate's photograph and signature in the prescribed format and size.

Step 6: Once the form is complete, make the FDDI fee payment for the application which is mentioned below:

  • The application fee for General/OBC (Non-Creamy)/GEN-EWS Category is: Rs 600 (non-refundable)
  • The application fee for SC/ ST/ PWD Category is: Rs 300 (non-refundable)
  • The fee will be accepted only through the online payment gateway via debit card, credit card, and, net banking. 

Step 7: On the basis of the information provided in the application form, the admit card for the FDDI AIST exam will be issued to students. They are required to download the admit card for the exam on the prescribed date. 

Note: If candidates are opting to appear for the UCEED exam, they must register on uceed.iitb.ac.in for the same and appear for the exam. 

The list of documents needed for the FDDI admission process are as follows:

  • Valid Email ID (the email should be valid for at least 1 year)
  • Personal details and educational qualification information
  • Caste / Tribe/ Class certificate (for SC / ST/ OBC(NC) candidate)
  • Disability Certificate for candidates with Disabilities
  • EWS Certificate if eligible
  • Image of scanned photograph in JPG or JPEG format and size should not exceed 100 KB
  • Image of scanned signature in JPEG or JPG format and size should not exceed 100 KB
  • Debit / Credit Card details for making online payment against the Application Fee
