The institute accepts fee payment only through online methods. For application as well as course and hostel fees, students must use only the payment gateways provided by the institute. The FDDI Rohtak fees can be paid via credit card, debit card, and, net banking. The norms of refund of the fees are subject to conditions as mentioned below:

• If the candidate is applying for withdrawal of admission on or before the commencement of the academic session, then, the entire fee amount will be refunded except a deduction of Rs 10,000 (registration fee). 
• If the student applies for withdrawal after the commencement of classes, only the security deposit shall be refunded.
