Gazole Mahavidyalaya's admission process is entirely based on the merit of the students. Students can apply for admission to BA Hons. and General courses based on the marks obtained in the 10+2 or equivalent qualifying examinations. However, there are prescribed eligibility criteria for the students that they need to fulfil to be considered for admission. Therefore, students are advised to go through the eligibility criteria before applying to the institution.

For UG courses, Gazole Mahavidyalaya applicants have passed the higher secondary education or an examination recognized as equivalent by the University of Gour Banga provided he/she passed in at least five subjects with English as a compulsory subject in the 10+2 level examination. The minimum eligibility criteria furnished by the University of Gour Banga for admission to first-year regular honours courses are 45% marks in the aggregate, 40% and 50% marks in the subject opted for honours in the qualifying examination. 

For the BA General course, admission is offered on a first come first serve basis.

The Gazole Mahavidyalaya online application process commences every year following the publication of WBHS, CBSE, and ICSE results. . Candidates interested in applying for admission should go to the institute’s official website to fill out the application form and pay the application fee. The application fee is INR 105.

Gazole Mahavidyalaya has the authority to reject the application form is found incomplete. Pay the application fees to complete the process. 

Admission to all UG programs is based on academic performance in the qualifying exam. There is no entrance exam for this program at the institute. Lateral admissions to the BA program are also available at Gazole Mahavidyalaya.

• Students can apply for UG courses requiring only class 12 by filling out an application form.
• Following that, the college will produce a merit list based on the grades received. The candidates will be chosen based on their overall characteristics.

• Step: Then, submit all the documents starting with Class 10 and ending with the most recent qualifying degree/exam, and enter all academic qualification information. All essential documents must be in PDF format.
• Step 6: Finally, make an INR 105 payment using net banking, credit/debit card, UPI, or other means.

• Self-attested copies of Mark Sheet and Certificate of qualifying examination i.e. Higher Secondary or equivalent (three copies).
• Self-attested copy of age verification certificate (Madhyamik passed Certificate/Admit Card) (three copies).
• Self-attested copy of SC/ST/OBC Certificate, if applicable (three copies).
• Self-attested copy of BPL Card,  if applicable (three copies).
• Three copies of self-attested stamp size recent colour photos. (One to be pasted on the space of the application form, one to be posted on the Student Identity Card, and one to be pasted on particulars of the student Card.)

The Gazole Mahavidyalaya admissions are based on class 12 merit. No entrance exams are required.
