GCE admission to the four-year B.Tech./B. Pharma course is done through Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (B.C.E.C.E.) conducted by Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board. The candidates seeking admission to GCE are advised to appear in the Screening and Main Examination of B.C.E.C.E. To apply for the entrance exam (BCECEB) students have to qualify for class 12. Those appearing in the final examination may also appear in the entrance examination for consideration of provisional admission. All provisional admissions will be cancelled if the proof of having passed the qualifying examination(Intermediate or equivalent) is not submitted to the institute at the time of counselling.
If an applicant is found ineligible at a later date even after admission to the GCE, his/her candidature will be cancelled. The selection will be final after the verification of documents. The decision of the B.C.E.C.E.B., regarding the eligibility of any applicant, shall be final.

The duration of the M.Tech course is 2 years.
The admission fees can be paid online via debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking etc.
For B.Tech admission, JEE Main and REAP is accepted.
To take admission to Gaya College of Engineering , one has to fill up the online application form and pay the application fee. Then the student has to wait for the merit list.
Gaya College of Engineering offers a B.Arch course.
To apply for B.Tech candidates must have passed class 12 with Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics. Candidates must also have qualified for JEE Main/REAP.
To apply for MCA, candidates must have done graduation with at least 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates should also have appeared in RMCAAT.
